Abstract: A display device comprises a display panel and a backlight source, the display panel having an upper substrate and a lower substrate disposed opposite to the upper substrate. The display device further includes a transparent solar battery arranged at the upper substrate, a photosensitive coating arranged in a non-transparent region of the display panel and configured to sense the light from the backlight source, and a signal processing unit connected to the photosensitive coating and the transparent solar battery. The signal processing unit determines the working state of the display device according to changes in resistance of the photosensitive coating, and makes the transparent solar battery recharge or not recharge a rechargeable battery of the display panel.

Abstract: Embodiments of the disclosure provide a thin film packaging structure including a flexible thin film used for packaging a light-emitting display device, wherein the flexible thin film includes at least two layers of organic film layer, at least one layer of inorganic film layer and a light extraction film layer, each layer of the inorganic film layer is located between the two layers of the organic film layer, the light extraction film layer is located between the two layers of organic film layer or located on the outer surface of the outermost layer of the organic film layer, and the light extraction film layer includes a plurality of microstructures with the function of light extraction. The thin film packaging structure provided by embodiments of the disclosure can improve the luminous efficiency of the organic light-emitting display device packaged by the thin film packaging structure.

When a mobile terminal receives a called signal from a calling mobile terminal and determines that an automatic call synchronization function is enabled by itself, the mobile terminal transmits, to a wireless signal transponder, a call synchronization request which carries identification information and call information of the mobile terminal; a mode recognition unit which is connected to the wireless signal transponder performs an authentication on the mobile terminal according to the identification information of the mobile terminal; and transmits a call access request which carries the identification information and the call information of the mobile terminal to the fixed terminal via the wireless signal transponder, after the authentication on the mobile terminal is passed.

The sealing material of the present invention includes the above functional material. The display panel of the present invention includes a sealing structure made of the above functional material.
