    Abstract: A display device comprises a display panel and a backlight source, the display panel having an upper substrate and a lower substrate disposed opposite to the upper substrate. The display device further includes a transparent solar battery arranged at the upper substrate, a photosensitive coating arranged in a non-transparent region of the display panel and configured to sense the light from the backlight source, and a signal processing unit connected to the photosensitive coating and the transparent solar battery. The signal processing unit determines the working state of the display device according to changes in resistance of the photosensitive coating, and makes the transparent solar battery recharge or not recharge a rechargeable battery of the display panel.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the disclosure provide a thin film packaging structure including a flexible thin film used for packaging a light-emitting display device, wherein the flexible thin film includes at least two layers of organic film layer, at least one layer of inorganic film layer and a light extraction film layer, each layer of the inorganic film layer is located between the two layers of the organic film layer, the light extraction film layer is located between the two layers of organic film layer or located on the outer surface of the outermost layer of the organic film layer, and the light extraction film layer includes a plurality of microstructures with the function of light extraction. The thin film packaging structure provided by embodiments of the disclosure can improve the luminous efficiency of the organic light-emitting display device packaged by the thin film packaging structure.

    Abstract: A liquid crystal lens comprises a first substrate and a second substrate which are aligned-and-assembled, and a liquid crystal layer disposed between the first and second substrates, the first substrate comprises a first transparent substrate base, and a first alignment film comprising first alignment grooves, the first alignment film is provided on the first transparent substrate base, the first alignment grooves extend to the edge of the liquid crystal lens in annular shapes with their geometric centers located at the geometric center of the liquid crystal lens, the second substrate comprises a second transparent substrate base, and a second alignment film comprising second alignment grooves corresponding to the first alignment grooves, and the second alignment film is provided on the second transparent substrate base, the liquid crystal layer is disposed between the first and second alignment films. The liquid crystal lens is applied to liquid crystal glasses.
