摘要： An LCD analog timepiece employs a multiplexing driving circuit to supply voltages to the liquid crystal display segments in the proper sequential relationship so as to activitate the desired portions of the display in time-multiplex fashion to show hours, minutes and seconds. The multiplex driving circuit connects a minimum number of combinations of simple waveforms in proper phase to one or more of 16 strings of radial segments and to one or more of 8 backplane segments in a prescribed manner. Special radial segments are located so as to straddle the juncture of the backplane segments, in order to simplify circuit connections for using an hour hand which appears to be three segments wide.

摘要： The present invention relates to a disposable safety glove system featuring a plurality of layers of inter-nested gloves that are worn simultaneously by a user. The improved disposable glove system of the present invention allows a user to peel away the outermost layer of gloves to reveal a new and sterile set of gloves. The glove system also features a relatively thick wristband to support the plurality of glove layers, a tab that can be used to easily peel off the outermost glove layer once the same has been used and a new pair of gloves is desired, and a numbering system that alerts the user to how many glove layers remain in the glove stack.

摘要： A method of preparing a liquid mixture for use in a liquid chromatography system is provided. The mixture comprises one or more acids, one or more bases, one or more salts, and one or more solvents, and the method comprises the steps of: i) calculating pH and/or salt concentration at a particular time t from a user-determined gradient function; and ii) based on the values obtained in step (i), calculating percent acid, percent base, percent salt and percent solvent in the liquid mixture at time t. A liquid chromatography system incorporating such method is also provided.

摘要： A fiberglass hole plug for sealing unused openings in electrical enclosures is disclosed. The hole plug includes a cover having a first side and a second side and defining a peripheral edge and a threaded member having a first end and a second end. The second end of the threaded member is attached to the second side of the cover, axially extends in a direction away from the cover, wherein a radial distance between the threaded member and the peripheral edge on the second side of said cover is less than or equal to one-half inch. The hole plug further includes a fastener threadably attached to the threaded member, whereby rotation of the fastener adjusts a longitudinal distance between the first end and the second end of the threaded member.

摘要： Embodiments of the invention provide apparatuses and methods for atomic layer deposition (ALD), such as plasma-enhanced ALD (PE-ALD). In some embodiments, a PE-ALD chamber is provided which includes a chamber lid assembly coupled with a chamber body having a substrate support therein. In one embodiment, the chamber lid assembly has an inlet manifold assembly containing an annular channel encompassing a centralized channel, wherein the centralized channel extends through the inlet manifold assembly, and the inlet manifold assembly further contains injection holes extending from the annular channel, through a sidewall of the centralized channel, and to the centralized channel. The chamber lid assembly further contains a showerhead assembly disposed below the inlet manifold assembly, a water box disposed between the inlet manifold assembly and the showerhead assembly, and a remote plasma system (RPS) disposed above and coupled with the inlet manifold assembly, and in fluid communication with the centralized channel.
