Additionally, the device includes a first capacitor electrode coupled to the membrane, a second capacitor electrode coupled to the cavity region and physically separated from the first capacitor electrode by at least the cavity region, and an electrical power source coupled between the first capacitor electrode and the second capacitor electrode and causing an electric field at least within the cavity region. The polymer based membrane includes a polymer.

摘要: A two-step high density plasma-CVD process is described wherein the argon content in the film is controlled by using two different argon concentrations in the argon/silane/oxygen gas mixture used for generating the high density plasma. The first step deposition uses high argon concentration and low sputter etch-to-deposition (E/D) ratio. High E/D ratio maintains the gap openings without necking. In the second step, a lower argon concentration and lower E/D ratio are used. Since observed metal defects are caused by argon diffusion in the top 200-300 nm of the HDP-CVD film, by controlling argon concentration in the top part of the film (i.e. second step deposition) to a low value, a reduced number of metal defects are achieved.

摘要: Electrophoresis systems and methods comprise an electrophoresis device, wherein the electrophoresis comprises a loading channel, a separation channel, and an injection channel. The loading channel is in fluid communication with a first and second sample port. The separation channel is connected to the loading channel to form a first intersection, and an injection channel connected to the separation channel to form a second intersection and in fluid communication with a first reservoir, and wherein the separation channel is in fluid communication with a second reservoir. The electrophoresis system further comprises two electrodes coupled to the first sample port and the first reservoir, and the first sample port and the second reservoir, respectively, that are adapted to move the sample into the loading channel towards the first reservoir and form a sample plug in the separation channel, and to further move the sample plug into the separation channel towards the second reservoir.

摘要: A method and device for recording data of a terminal are disclosed. The method includes: setting a relation condition list for triggering recording among function modules, and setting a corresponding random probability generator for each function module; determining whether to start recording data, and whether to end the data recording operation in accordance with the relation condition list or the random probability generator, during the operation process of each function module; and sending the respective data packets obtained by recording to a data management module for storage after the data record operation of each function module is ended. By adopting the method and device, fuzzy recording can be performed on data of the terminal, and data of different function modules can be stored centrally, and a query operation is simplified.

摘要: The invention discloses a method for obtaining calibration parameters of a touch screen comprising displaying at least two preset calibration reference points on a LCD; obtaining physical coordinates of sampling points obtained by clicking on positions corresponding to the calibration reference points on the touch screen and displaying the sampling points according to the physical coordinates and the calibration parameters; and if it is determined that the displayed sampling points are not coincident with their corresponding calibration reference points, adjusting distances between the sampling points and their corresponding calibration reference points, determining a minimal deviation between the adjusted sampling points and their corresponding calibration reference points and applying the minimal deviation to update the calibration parameters. The invention also provides an apparatus for obtaining calibration parameters of a touch screen. The invention improves use experience of users when performing calibration and assists the users in obtaining more accurate calibration parameters.
