    摘要: Permanent magnetic materials of the Fe-B-R type are produced by:preparing an metallic powder having a mean particle size of 0.3-80 microns and a composition of, by atomic percent, 8-30% R (rare earth elements), 2-28% B, and the balance Fe, compacting, sintering at a temperature of 900-1200 degrees C., and aging at a temperature ranging from 350 degrees C. to the temperature for sintering. Co and additional elements M (Ti, Ni, Bi, V, Nb, Ta, Cr, Mo, W, Mn, Al, Sb, Ge, Sn, Zr, Hf) may be present.

    摘要: In the connection of the opposed ends of two optical fibers, a method and apparatus for core alignment of the optical fibers, comprises placing the two optical fibers being connected so that their ends face each other, and illuminating at least the facing ends with a beam of ultraviolet light thereby causing the illuminated ends of the cores of the optical fibers which are doped with germanium (Ge) to emit light of a wavelength in the visible region and enabling the core alignment to be directly monitored visually with the aid of the visible light so emitted from the cores during the course of the core alignment.

    摘要: A crankchamber precompression type two-cycle internal combustion engine including at least one cylinder assembly, each cylinder assembly including a stepped cylinder constituted by a minor diameter cylinder portion and a major diameter cylinder portion, a stepped piston received in the stepped cylinder and constituted by a minor diameter piston portion and a major diameter piston portion adapted to be fitted in the minor diameter cylinder portion and the major diameter cylinder portion respectively, a crankchamber connected to the major diameter cylinder portion, a working chamber defined between the minor diameter cylinder portion and the minor diameter piston portion, and a sub-intake chamber defined between the major diameter cylinder portion and the minor diameter piston portion. The sub-intake chamber is connected to an auxiliary carburetor set beforehand to form a mixture of fuel of high quality and air, and the crankchamber is connected to a main carburetor set beforehand to form a mixture of fuel of low quality and air. The working chamber is formed, in addition to a main scavenging port communicated with the crankchamber, with an auxiliary scavenging port which is communicated with the sub-intake chamber through a super-charging reservoir.

    摘要: A crank mechanism such as in a two stroke internal combustion engine has a lubricating system comprised of an oil passage formed in the crankarm and the crankpin with one end opening to the bearing between the connecting rod and the crankpin and the other end to the side surface of the crank arm facing to the main bearing. Lubricant oil is supplied through the main bearing and an oil receiver which is located between the crankarm and the main bearing. The oil receiver is held in position by being axially compressed and resiliently deformed between the crankarm and the main bearing. For the purpose, the oil receiver is formed with a resiliently deformable portion.
