    摘要: Copolymers of the formula: ##STR1## wherein the bonds between the glucoside units are .beta. (1.fwdarw.4), the degree of polymerization referred to a single glucoside unit varies from about 50 to 50,000, R is a free or esterified carboxy group and S is an amino or acylamino group. The part designated by x may vary between about 5% and 100% and that designated by y may vary between about 95% and 0%. At least a part of the R groups are esterified carboxy groups, and at least a part of the S groups are acylamino groups. Salts of these copolymers are also disclosed. The products of the invention are particularly useful in the cosmetic field.

    摘要: The present invention regards a biological material comprising: a) a liquid carrier comprising a viscous solution containing at least one natural and/or semisynthetic polysaccharide, and having a Dynamic viscosity measured at 20° C. and at shear rate of D=350 s−1, comprised between 100 and 250 c Poise and/or a Kinematic viscosity comprised between 99 and 248 cSt (measured at the same conditions); b) a culture of mesenchymal stem cells, and/or c) a platelet-rich hemo-derivative. This type of material in form of viscous liquid is particularly suitable for the therapy of osteoarthrosis, ligament damage, in particular tendon and cartilage damage) and may be administered intra-articularly, intradermally or directly applied in situ without altering the properties of the mesenchymal stem cells and/or platelets contained therein.

    摘要: The application discloses esters of hyaluronic acid, wherein a first part of the carboxylic functions is esterified with an araliphatic alcohol and a second part is esterified with at least one long-chain, straight aliphatic alcohol with between 10 and 22 carbon atoms. The possible remaining non-esterified carboxylic functions, if present, are salified. The application further discloses biocompatible threads having a multifilament conformation comprising filaments formed by the aforesaid esters, and their use in the fields of medicine and surgery.
