    摘要: The present invention relates to a water-based binder composition containingA) an aqueous solution or dispersion of a water-dilutable organic polyol component containing a mixture of at least 5% by weight each of at least two hydroxy-functional polymers selected fromA1) polyester resins containing hydroxyl, urethane and carboxylate groups,A2) polyester resins containing hydroxyl and carboxylate groups, but no urethane or sulfonate groups,A3) polyester resins containing hydroxyl and sulfonate groups and, optionally, carboxylate groups and/or urethane groups,A4) polyacrylate resins containing hydroxyl, carboxylate and/or sulfonate groups,A5) acrylate-grafted polyester resins containing hydroxyl, carboxylate and/or sulfonate groups, andB) a polyisocyanate component which is emulsified in the aqueous solution or dispersion A), has a viscosity at 23.degree. C. of 50 to 10,000 mPa.s and contains at least one organic polyisocyanate,wherein the NCO:OH equivalent ratio, based on the isocyanate groups of component B) and the hydroxyl groups of the polyol component present in A), is 0.2:1 to 5:1.The present invention also relates to a process for the production of a coating or sealing composition containing this aqueous binder composition.

    摘要: The present invention is directed to a two-component coating composition which contains as binder componentsa) a polyol component containing at least one hydroxyl-containing polymer having chemically incorporated carboxylate and/or sulfonate groups and based on olefinically unsaturated compounds andb) a polyisocyanate component having a viscosity at 23.degree. C. of about 50 to 10,000 mPa.s and based on at least one organic polyisocyanatein quantities corresponding to an NCO/OH equivalent ratio of about 0.5:1 to 5:1, characterized in that component a) is an aqueous solution and/or dispersion of a polymer containing hydroxyl groups in which the polyisocyanate component b) is present in emulsified form.The present invention also relates to a process for the production of this coating composition which is characterized in that a polyisocyanate component having a viscosity at 23.degree. C. of about 50 to 10,000 mPa.s and based on at least one organic polyisocyanate is emulsified in an aqueous solution or dispersion of one or more polymer resins containing hydroxyl groups and chemically incorporated sulfonate and/or carboxylate groups in a quantity which makes them soluble and/or dispersible in water, the quantitative ratios between the two components corresponding to an NCO/OH equivalent ratio, based on the isocyanate groups of the polyisocyanate component and the incorporated hydroxyl groups of the polymer component, of about 0.5:1 to 5:1.

    摘要: Aqueous polymer dispersions useful for coating substrates are prepared by polymerization of olefinically unsaturated monomers in aqueous medium in the presence of radical formers and hydrophilically modified, urethane-group-containing emulsifiers having an average molecular weight below 30,000, wherein the urethane-group-containing emulsifiers are oligourethanes having a branched molecular structure which(i) are produced from organic polyisocyanates and organic compounds containing isocyanate-reactive groups with the reactants containing hydrophilic groups or groups convertible into hydrophilic groups and which are monofunctional or difunctional to isocyanate addition reaction, with the molar ratio of monofunctional hydrophilic components to the corresponding difunctional components being at least 2:1, and which(ii) have a content of chemically incorporated hydrophilic groups sufficient to impart the oligourethane solubility or dispersibility in water, with the proviso that, on a statistical average, at least 2.2 terminally incorporated hydrophilic groups are present per molecule.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a process for the production of polyisocyanate compositions containing urethane groups and having an isocyanate content of about 0.5 to 45% by weight by the reaction of(a) an organic polyisocyanate or mixtures thereof having an isocyanate content of about 30 to 50% by weight with(b) organic polyhydroxyl compounds using an equivalent ratio of isocyanate groups to hydroxyl groups of at least 1.8:1, characterized in that the polyhydroxyl compounds (b) are based on(b1) polyhydroxypolyacrylates having an average molecular weight, determined by vapor pressure osmometry, of 232 to about 100,000 which optionally contain urethane or ester groups in side chains, and a statistical average of at least one alcoholic hydroxyl group per molecule(b2) optionally in admixture with up to about 250% by weight, based on (b1), of other polyhydroxyl compounds in the molecular weight range of 62 to about 12,000.The invention also relates to the polyisocyanate compositions obtainable by this process and their use as components for the production of polyurethanes or polyurethane ureas.

    摘要: A pneumatically operated hydraulic pump includes a cylinder housing accommodating a main piston to subdivide the housing interior in two working chambers. The main piston is connected to a hydraulic piston for joint reciprocation so that the hydraulic piston can carry out a suction stroke when the main piston moves to one end position and a pressure stroke when the main piston moves to the other end position. Arranged laterally to the cylinder housing is a control mechanism for regulating a flow of working fluid alternately to the working chambers. The control mechanism includes a plastic valve casing for accommodating a control piston having opposite end faces of different size to define different effective areas and thereby realize reciprocation of the control piston by the working fluid. A slide shoe is guided in the valve casing for conjoint movement with the control piston. A displacement of the main piston into the two end positions actuates respective pilot valves which regulate the reciprocation of the control piston and the slide shoe to thereby move the main piston between the end positions which discharging working fluid via the deflection zone in the slide shoe to the atmosphere.
