    Abstract: A method and an apparatus for displaying a network name are provided. A first mobility management device in a first network acquires first network name information, where the first network name information is a network name currently displayed on a user equipment UE, and/or a public land mobile network identity PLMN ID corresponding to the network name that is currently displayed on the UE, and the first network is a network with which the UE currently registers or a network of two networks with which the UE currently jointly register. If the UE switches over to a second network during a process of executing a service, the first mobility management device sends the first network name information to a second mobility management device in the second network, so that the second mobility management device sends, to the UE for displaying, a network name corresponding to the first network name information.

    Abstract: The present application discloses a message processing method, an MME selection method and apparatuses. The method includes: receiving, by a mobility management entity (MME), a first message sent by an evolved NodeB (eNB), where: multiple virtual machines are deployed in the MME; the first message includes a non-access stratum (NAS) message sent by user equipment UE and identification information of a target virtual machine; and the identification information of the target virtual machine is generated by the target virtual machine in the MME; determining, by the MME according to the identification information of the target virtual machine, the target virtual machine from the multiple virtual machines, and allocating the NAS message to the target virtual machine for processing; and returning, a first response message generated by the target virtual machine to the eNB, so that the first response message is sent to the UE by using the eNB.

    Abstract: In a service offloading method and a base station that are provided in the present invention, a base station is used to determine an offloading decision according to the preset (ANDSF) policy, the load information of the access point (AP), the service type information of the user equipment (UE), and load information, which is recorded in the base station, of a 3GPP network, and deliver the offloading decision to the UE, so that the UE offloads the service to the 3GPP network or a wide local area network (WLAN) according to the offloading decision. With the offloading method, an optimal network for offloading can be selected according to load information of all networks for a service performed on UE, occurrence of phenomena of network load imbalance can be reduced, and service experience of a user is improved.

    Abstract: A method for voice call fallback to a circuit switched (CS) domain disclosed in the present invention includes: receiving a Service Request message from a calling user equipment (UE), where the Service Request message includes called number information of a voice call in a CS domain, instructing an evolved NodeB (eNB) to initiate circuit switched fallback (CSFB) handover; receiving a Handover Request message from the eNB, where the Handover Request message includes information required for CS handover, selecting a mobile switching center (MSC) and sending a packet switched (PS) to CS Handover Request message to the MSC, where the PS to CS Handover Request message carries information required for the CS handover and a called number so that the MSC calls a called UE.     Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a method, device, and system for scheduling a data flow, which are used to improve the processing efficiency. A network side device marks a priority of a subsequent uplink and/or downlink data flow of a UE corresponding to a downlink data packet in the downlink data packet, and enables a downstream node to schedule an access network resource or air interface resource according to the priority. Therefore, a bearer does not need to be modified during the process of distinguishing different service flows and performing differentiation scheduling on different service flows, thereby reducing the workload and improving the processing efficiency.
