By forming the rigid boards and the flexible optical board as an integrated structure, the need for separate connectors is obviated, and thus the cost of the product can be lowered.

    摘要: Disclosed herein are an apparatus and method for controlling the edge shape of a strip in a twin-roll strip casting process, which improve the quality of the strip by using cameras to photograph the edge portions of the strip being cast by strip casting, analyzing the photographs, and then controlling edge dams according to the edge shape of the strip. The apparatus comprises: an edge dam driving unit which is attached to edge dams attached to both sides of casting rolls so as to control the pressing force of the edge dams against the casting rolls and the upward shift of the edge dams according to the wear and upward shift rate of the edge dams; cameras which are disposed at the strip outlet side of the casting rolls so as to photograph the edge portions of the strip; and a control unit which analyzes the edge shape of the strip from images photographed by the cameras and outputs a signal controlling the wear and upward shift of the edge dams.

    摘要: A solar simulator combines mercury lamps and halogen lamps, to improve upon conventional solar simulators using halogen and infrared lamps which cannot recreate an environment close to that under real sunlight, and upon solar simulators using expensive and fragile metal halide lamps and arc xenon lamps. An environment recreation laboratory for solar simulation includes a lamp bank mounted at an upper portion thereof and including a plurality of halogen lamps, halogen filter lamps being halogen lamps provided with an infrared filter, respectively, and mercury lamps. A temperature control unit includes a cooling unit that discharges air to cool the lamp bank, and an air conditioner that distributes the air discharged by the cooling unit. An electrical panel controls operations of the lamp bank and the temperature control unit, such that an environment within the environment recreation laboratory may very closely simulate the environment under real sunlight.

    摘要: An apparatus and method for controlling the horizontal oscillation of an edge dam of a twin roll strip caster is provided. The apparatus includes an oscillation unit which horizontally oscillates an oscillation plate in accordance with an oscillation waveform so that an edge dam refractory coupled to the oscillation plate horizontally oscillates, a servo valve which outputs the oscillation waveform to the oscillation unit, and a control unit which applies the oscillation waveform to the servo valve, thus controlling the horizontal oscillation of the oscillation unit. The amplitude, frequency and waveform of the oscillation are variably controlled depending on casting conditions. The edge dam horizontally oscillates, using the servo valve and a hydraulic cylinder, thus rapidly removing edge skull and suppressing the generation and growth of skull, thereby preventing a casting roll or edge dam from being damaged.

    摘要: It is an object of the present invention to provide a hollow fiber membrane module which maximizes the efficiency of removing scale-like contaminants generated at the water treatment using hollow fiber membranes, and a method of manufacturing the same.     摘要: A casting roll moving apparatus for a twin roll type continuous strip casting process is disclosed. The casting roll moving apparatus is used with a twin roll type strip casting machine that produces a strip through a method in which, while high-temperature steel melt is supplied between twin rolls which rotate in opposite direction, a large amount of heat is dissipated through the rolls by contact between the steel melt and the rolls, so that the steel melt is rapidly solidified. Opposite ends of the rolls are automatically aligned, so that the recovery rate of the apparatus is increased, and a stable casting process is ensured. Because friction of the apparatus is markedly reduced so that an even rolling force is ensured, a gap between the rolls is maintained constant. Thus, the thickness of a cast strip is maintained constant, and the problem of the occurrence of an uneven surface pattern is solved.
