    摘要: The present invention is directed to polyisocyanate mixtures which are liquid at room temperature and which(a) contain from 10 to 42% by weight of aromatically-bound isocyanate groups, which may be partly in the form of carbamic acid chloride;(b) contain from 0.5 to 5% by weight of sulphur in the form of sulphonic acid groups which may be at least partly neutralized or esterified;(c) contain from 0.5 to 5% by weight of phosphorus in the form of phosphonic acid alkyl ester groups or phosphonic acid aralkyl ester groups and(d) have a viscosity of from 10 to 50,000 cP at 25.degree. C.

    摘要: The present invention is directed to monoformylated 3,3'-diaminodipropylamine mixtures corresponding to formulae I and II ##STR1## The present invention is also directed to a process for the production of these mixtures by reacting acrylonitrile and formamide in the presence of a 4-aminopyridine derivative to form N,N-bis-(2-cyanoethyl)-formamide which is then hydrogenated to the monoformylated 3,3'-diaminopropylamine mixture corresponding to formulae I and II.Finally, the present invention is also directed to the use of these mixtures as chain extending agents for the preparation of polyurethanes by the polyisocyanate polyaddition process.

    摘要: This invention relates to a process for the preparation of aromatic polyisocyanates containing urea and/or biuret groups, optionally in the form of a mixture of homologues and/or isomers, by the reaction of aromatic diisocyanates with diamines having primary or secondary amino groups at about 20.degree. to 180.degree. C., and at an equivalent ratio of isocyanate groups to amino groups in the range of 5:1 to 100:1, at least 25 mol percent of the diisocyanates put into the process and/or at least 25 mol percent of the diamines put into the process being alkyl-phenylene diisocyanates or, respectively, alkyl-phenylene diamines, in which the alkyl substituents have 6 to 18 carbon atoms, and the use of the products of the process, optionally as solutions in excess starting diisocyanate, as isocyanate components in the production of polyurethanes.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a substantially anhydrous binder having a self-releasing effect for the production of pressed articles comprising:(A) a polyisocyanate; and(B) a sulfonic acid corresponding to the general formula:R--SO.sub.3 H).sub.n whereinn represents an integer of 1 or 2;R represents an aromatic hydrocarbon radical having from 6 to 14 carbon atoms, an aliphatic hydrocarbon radical having from 10 to 18 carbon atoms, a cycloaliphatic hydrocarbon radical having from 6 to 15 carbon atoms, an araliphatic hydrocarbon radical having from 7 to 15 carbon atoms or an alkaromatic hydrocarbon radical having from 7 to 24 carbon atoms; and the equivalent ratio of the components (A) and (B) is 100:0.5 to 100:20.The invention is also directed to the use of such binders in the production of shaped articles by the hot pressing of a wide variety of organic and/or inorganic materials.

    摘要: The present invention relates to aqueous isocyanate emulsions and their use as binders in the production of shaped articles.
