摘要: A feeding device of a wide sewing material comprises a first belt conveyer unit provided on a supporting member vertically driven by a first elevating unit, a first base plate vertically driven by a second elevating unit provided on the supporting member, a horizontally driving unit for horizontally driving a second base plate and a second belt conveyer unit which is supported by the second base plate and is arranged on the side of the edge portion to be sewn of the wide sewing material in parallel therewith and which is driven to rotate by a rotary device. Since the feeding device can secure a large space from the edge portion by retracting the second belt conveyer units, next operation can be performed with ease. As a result, it is possible to perform the feeding and sewing of a wide sewing material, which is difficult to work at the edge portion thereof automatically, with accuracy and efficiency.

摘要: A method of making a brazeable metal pipe which has elliptical tube-insertion apertures and guide lugs extending from at least one of the opposite edges defining the minor axis of each aperture, with the guide lugs extending in the direction of insertion of flat tubes. The method in an embodiment comprises the steps of: bending a part of a raw strip, which may be previously embossed to form recesses, so as to provide a bulged portion arc-shaped in cross section and connected to at least one unbulged flat portions; pressing inwardly to form inward swells; subsequently punching each inward swell to provide the tube-insertion aperture so that at least one of the opposite edges located at ends of the minor axis of said aperture remains unpunched; and finally bending the at least one unbulged portions to produce the finished pipe. Alternatively, the method may comprise the step of: punching raw apertures through the raw strip so that each aperture has protrusions; bending it to form the bulged portion; bending the protrusions to give the guide lugs; and finally bending the unbulged portions, thus any complicated die is not needed and the pipe wall is protected well from being collapsed or deformed.

摘要: System is provided for controlling the pressure with which a clutch is engaged, with the throttle opening and the rotational speed of a driven shaft of the clutch. A microprocessor reads a throttle opening and the rotational speed of the driven shaft of the clutch at a time interval of 0.4 sec, and accesses a particular group of controlling data which control the clutch engagement and which are grouped together as a function of a time lapse l as well as the read values of these parameters. During the interval of 0.4 sec, the microprocessor sequentially outputs the controlling data of the particular group with a time subinterval of 0.05 sec. When a temporary clutch activation is instructed, the microprocessor changes the length of the subinterval from 0.05 to 0.1 sec, and also changes the time interval l to 0.8 sec. At the initiation of the clutch engagement, a group of controlling data is selected which is to be assigned to a first interval l=0 corresponding to the deceleration of the clutch drive shaft. After the termination of the interval l=0, another group of controlling data is selected which corresponds to the throttle opening, the rotational speed of the driven shaft and the value of l.

摘要: A brake master cylinder assembly comprising a cylinder body having a stepped axial bore with large and small diameter portions, a tubular piston slidably disposed in the large diameter portion, and a primary piston one end being slidably disposed in the tubular piston and the other end in the small diameter portion, the primary piston being operatively connected to the brake pedal. The other end of the primary piston defines a pressure chamber in the small diameter portion in communication with the brakes. The primary and tubular pistons define an annular pressure chamber in the large diameter portion. Actuator means indirectly responsive to movement of the brake pedal moves the tubular piston to create low pressure in the annular pressure chamber which is in restricted fluid communication with the pressure chamber providing braking pressure at idle with reduced force on the brake pedal required.

摘要: A driving unit includes a stator, a housing including a tubular section to accommodate the stator, a cover coupled to the housing to block an upper opening of the tubular section, and a bent wire rod defined by a wire to press the stator against the tubular section, the bent wire rod being arranged between a top surface of the stator and a rear surface of the cover while being compressingly deformed along an axis of the stator. The bent wire rod has an annular or substantially annular shape with an opened portion when seen along the axis, and includes projections projecting upward along the axis and depressions projecting downward along the axis being arranged alternately and successively. An elastic force from the bent wire rod causes the stator to receive a downward force along the axis. The stator is pressed against the tubular section to hold the stator in the housing.
