摘要: Conventionally, acquisition of color values from a color chart takes substantial labor and time. According to this invention, when the color value of each patch composing a predetermined line is input with each line of the color chart composed of a plurality of patches as the measurement unit, a measured line identification processor determines whether or not said line to be measured was measured in the predetermined measurement order, a warning section performs a predetermined warning processing if the measurement order for said line to be measured is no to correct, and when a color value acquisition line correction instruction is input to correct a line whose color value is expected to be acquired in said measurement order, a color value saving section makes the color value of said input each patch correspond to the gradation value of each patch composing said line to be measured.

摘要: According to the present invention, electrorheological fluid is deaerated after it is sealed in a closed device which is operated by the electrorheological fluid. Thus, it is possible to control the operation of the closed device in accordance with an electric field. Additionally, the control of viscosity is not affected by repetitive operations of the closed device, thereby obtaining a closed device having a smooth operation and good repeatability. The deaeration is achieved under a predetermined reduced pressure, for example, of not more than 100 torr. In addition thereto, a suitable heating process is carried out as required.

摘要: A scanning optical system is provided with a scanning lens which images a luminous flux deflected by a deflector at a constant angular speed on a surface to be scanned so that the luminous flux scans the surface to be scanned substantially at a constant speed. At the cross section in the main scanning direction, the luminous flux incident on the scanning lens is a convergent light beam, and the scanning lens includes from the deflector side a first lens of a positive paraxial refractive power and a second lens of a negative paraxial refractive power.

摘要: An optical apparatus includes a laser beam emitter for outputting a laser beam modulated in accordance with image information, and a lens unit resting on a lens mount. The lens unit includes, all formed integral with one another, an effective lens portion, a cylindrical portion surrounding a side surface of the effective lens portion, and projections extending from peripheral positions of the cylindrical portion. The lens mount includes a holder for holding the cylindrical portion of the lens unit to be rotatable and axially slidable on an optical axis of the laser beam, and a groove formed in the bottom of the holder for receiving the projection.
