A concept of flexibility of a base line is introduced as an input index and a gravitation is presumed between the base line and signal data which is measured, thereby constructing a method of correcting the base line which changes gentler than a change in signal with respect to time in a peak area and which is sensitive to an area where a value of the signal data is small. A base line like a natural and smooth curve which isn't easily influenced by a local change in signal such as noise or the like can be set by an input of the flexibility.

    摘要: A reference sample having a known concentration is injected into a chromatograph system before an unknown sample is analyzed. This is for the purpose of checking the deterioration of system performance or in other words for the purpose of checking system suitability. In the present invention, the chromatographic characteristic of the check sample at the time of deterioration of the system suitability is expected and stored in a memory in advance to be related to factors of deterioration of system suitability. A factor of deterioration is deduced by comparison between the actually analyzed chromatographic characteristic of the check sample and the relational data stored in the memory. A guidance required for removing the factor is displayed. Disclosed are preferred embodiments of a chromatograph system suitable for analyzing catecholamine or glycated hemoglobin.

    摘要: An object of the present invention is to improve the accuracy in analysis repeatability of a liquid chromatography apparatus that feeds different eluent by use of a plurality of pumps and achieves the mixture of eluent.Each of the pumps includes means for notifying an automatic sampler and a higher-level control unit that the specified timing of a liquid feeding cycle is reached. A pump whose liquid feeding cycle is the slowest transmits own information so that analysis is synchronized with a liquid feeding cycle. Moreover, a cycle position of a liquid feeding cycle at the end of analysis is expected, and the analysis time is automatically adjusted so that the wait time until the start of the next analysis becomes the shortest.
