    Abstract: A brake system for a vehicle has at least two hydraulic brake circuits, each with at least one hydraulically acting wheel brake, and a switching valve on each hydraulically acting wheel brake, which switching valve connects in each case one hydraulically acting wheel brake to one of the two brake circuits. The brake system also has a central outlet switching valve which brings about a switchable hydraulic connection between at least one of the brake circuits and a reservoir vessel, wherein the reduction in pressure in the at least one hydraulically acting wheel brake is effected by opening the central outlet switching valve and the associated switching valve.

    Abstract: A helical gearing for driving an adjusting element, which may be an actuator or a piston of a piston-cylinder unit, is driven by an electric motor. The adjusting element may be moved along an axis. The drive apparatus has a rotor, or a translator rotatably mounted in a housing by a bearing and fixedly connected to the input of or formed integrally with the helical gearing. The output of the helical gearing is connected to or formed integrally with the adjusting element. An anti-twist means may prevent the adjusting element from twisting in the circumferential direction about the axis. The helical gearing and/or at least part of the adjusting element is/are formed to be transversely elastic to the axis of rotation, at least in one region.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a pressure-volume delivery system comprising a piston-cylinder unit with a piston acting on both sides (dual-action reciprocating piston), said piston having at least two different active surfaces in corresponding pressure chambers and the pressure chambers being connected to at least one consumer via hydraulic lines. The delivery system also comprises a drive for the piston-cylinder unit. According to the invention, the pressure chambers and/or hydraulic lines are interconnected by means of at least one or more switching valves connected in parallel and having a large flow cross-section (AV) and via a short hydraulic line or lines with low flow resistance.
