    摘要: An etching process of a metal layer of a display panel is provided. First, a substrate with at least one display panel region, a testing device region, and a non-device region is provided. Then, a metal layer is formed over the substrate to cover the display panel region, the testing device region, and the non-device region. Next, a mask is formed on the metal layer to expose a portion of the metal layer. The area of the metal layer exposed by the mask substantially occupies 70%˜88% of the total area of the metal layer. Thereafter, a wet etching process is performed to remove the metal layer exposed by the mask.

    摘要: The present disclosure provides systems for predicting semiconductor reliability. In an embodiment a method for predicting the semiconductor reliability includes receiving a degradation parameter input of a semiconductor device and using a degradation equation to determine a plurality of bias dependent slope values for degradation over a short time period according to the degradation parameter input. The plurality of slope values include at least two different slope values for degradation over time. The system accumulates the plurality of slope values and projects the accumulated slope values over a long time period to determine a stress effect for the semiconductor device.

    摘要: A Redundant Array of Independent Disks (RAID) level migration method for performing an online RAID level migration and adding a disk to a destination RAID is provided. First, the required information for migration is specified, and then a degraded mode is used to establish the destination RAID, and file system is built on the destination RAID. The file system of the source disk device is configured to be read-only, and all data of the source disk device are duplicated to the destination RAID. After completing file duplication, the destination RAID replaces the source disk device. The operation of the source disk device is stopped and the source disk device is added to the destination RAID. As a result, the RAID migration is accomplished. In addition, an associated RAID level migration system is further provided.
