    摘要: To suppress pressure fluctuation caused by insertion of arms between disks, which arms support thereon magnetic heads, to reduce disk flutter to thereby reduce disk driving power in a magnetic disk apparatus, there are provided an open space not covered by a shroud, which constitutes a part of a housing structure to cover a side surface of a disk stack, and provided on a downstream side of the arms relative to an airflow moving along surfaces of the disks as the disks rotate, and a channel, which connects a space on an upstream side of the arms and the open space not restricted by the shroud on the downstream side of the arms, the channel being provided with a linear section, which has a rectifying effect on the airflow.

    摘要: Nitrogen-doped group II-VI compound semiconductor thin film manufacturing method and apparatus which are applicable to an MOVPE process. The group II-VI compound semiconductor thin film manufacturing method according to the present invention is characterized by the use of osmium as a catalyst to activate nitrogen molecules. The growth device according to the present invention has a construction wherein a nitrogen gas introducing pipe for blowing a nitrogen gas against a semiconductor substrate is disposed in a reaction chamber for growing the group II-VI compound semiconductor thin film by the MOVPE process and the osmium is disposed between the semiconductor substrate and the nitrogen gas introducing pipe.

    摘要: An information display apparatus which accumulates arbitrary information inputted to a television receiver from the outside, superimposes the information in a memory on an ordinary video signal and displays the superimposed image on a television display in accordance with a calender timer built in the television receiver. A remote control unit is provided for inputting information to the information display apparatus from the outside. Memories are disposed in the information display apparatus and the remote control unit for accumulating arbitrary information. A calender timer is provided for serving as a reference for displaying information are also disclosed. Arbitrary information inputted from the outside can be displayed on a television display at a previously appointed date.
