摘要: An outer end of a seal element for a fixed scroll is extended to a position close to an end of an inside spiral wall of the fixed scroll, and an outwardly extended portion is formed at an outer periphery of a disc-shaped base plate of a movable scroll, so that a bottom surface of the movable scroll is always kept in a sliding contact entirely with the seal element during the orbital movement of the movable scroll. A thickness of the outwardly extended portion formed at the outer periphery of the disc-shaped base plate is made smaller than that of the disc-shaped base plate, so that the weight of the fluid machine can be smaller.

摘要: In a hybrid compressor device having a pulley 110, motor 120, compressor 130 and control unit 160, the respective rotary shafts 111, 121, 131 of the pulley 110, motor 120 and compressor 130 can be independently rotated, and these rotary shafts are connected to a speed change mechanism 150 by which a drive force can be transmitted from one rotary shaft 111 to the other remaining rotary shafts 121, 131 while the rotating speed is being changed. The motor 120 is composed of an IPM motor 120, in the rotor portion 120a of which permanent magnets 122 are arranged, and the speed change mechanism 150 is accommodated on the inner circumferential side of the rotor portion 120a. The control unit 160 adjusts a rotating speed of the motor 120, and the rotating speed of the compressor 130 can be increased and decreased with respect to the rotating speed of the pulley 110.

摘要: In a hybrid type compressor, a one-way clutch is provided between a magnet rotor and a rotor shaft for allowing rotational driving force generated by an electric motor unit to be transmitted only from a rotor to a shaft. Thus, the rotational driving force generated by a vehicle engine is not transmitted from the rotor shaft to the magnet rotor. That is, an inertia moment of a rotational system with respect to a vehicle engine is made small, thereby reducing the impact vibration when the clutch mechanism engages.

摘要: This invention provides a fluid control device capable of making compact a fluid control device in which a valve and a limit switch are combined. A valve 6 includes a piston 26 as a moving member which includes a protruding portion protruding from an opening of a casing 21, and which linearly moves according to opening and closing of the valve 6 so as to abut against a limit switch 7. The limit switch 7 is made to face the piston 26 and is attached via a limit switch positioning unit 8 so as to be adjustable about its position. The limit switch positioning unit 8 includes a first bolt 42 fixed to a body 2, a second bolt 43 fixed to the limit switch 7, and a connection screw 44 which connects both the bolts 42, 43. The first bolt 42 and the second bolt 43 have different pitches from each other.

Based on these calculated values, a gradient of a tire-characteristic curve indicating an amount of change in road-surface friction coefficient with respect to an amount of change in slip rate is calculated, and the calculated gradient of the tire-characteristic curve is compared with preset threshold values, whereby a road-surface friction coefficient as a road-surface condition can be determined.

摘要: A drill according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a body part and a cutting part with a cylinder-like shape. The cutting part includes two cutting edges located separately from each other at a front end portion of the cutting part, two flutes which are continuous with each of the two cutting edges and extend spirally toward a rear end portion of the cutting part, and a clearance which extends spirally from a side of the front end portion to a side of the rear end portion, and is recessed inward in reference to a periphery of the cutting part in a sectional view. The cutting part includes a first joining flute including at least one of the two flutes and the clearance being joined together. The first joining flute includes a bottom surface being outwardly protruding curve-like line in a sectional view. A method of manufacturing a machined product using the drill is also provided.
