This method is characterized by that a front-face of the steering wheel is faced to the transfer film floated and advanced on a liquid-surface, the transfer angle is determined to be e.g., 30 to 45.degree., and first contact of the steering wheel with the transfer film occurs at a larger rim arc which is apart from portions where spokes are connected to the rim section, respectively.
