摘要: The invention relates to a device for the carrying out of chemical or biological reactions with a reaction vessel receiving element for receiving a microtiter plate with several reaction vessels, wherein the reaction vessel receiving element has several recesses arranged in a regular pattern to receive the respective reaction vessels, a heating device for heating the reaction vessel receiving element, and a cooling device for cooling the reaction vessel receiving element. The invention is characterised by the fact that the reaction vessel receiving element is divided into several segments. The individual segments are thermally decoupled from one another, and each segment is assigned a heating device which may be actuated independently of the others. By means of the segmentation of the reaction vessel receiving element, it is possible for zones to be set and held at different temperatures. Since the reaction vessel receiving element is suitable for receiving standard microtiter plates, the device according to the invention may be integrated in existing process sequences.

摘要: A safety belt apparatus for a vehicle, having a belt reel, a belt buckle, a belt redirection apparatus mounted on the B-post of the vehicle. The apparatus also includes, a belt-force limiter with a torsion bar and a belt tensioner. In the event of an accident, the belt tensioner is triggered, and pretorsioning of the torsion bar is simultaneously effected. The pretorsion is preferably brought about by the forces that arise during belt tensioning. The pretorsion allows for the force limitation to start at an optimum force level with regard to the retention force and the protection of the occupant.

摘要: A printing machine is disclosed, in particular a sheet-fed offset printing machine, in which a plurality of cylinders are coupled to one another via a continuous drive train, and at least two cylinders include a controllable drive. The controllable drive stresses the drive train in order affect the tooth-flank contact of the gear train, which affects the angular position of the printing cylinders. By controlling the angular positions of the printing cylinders, precise registration is maintained during dynamic changes in the load on the gear train during the printing process. More specifically, blanket cylinders in the printing machine are each coupled to a position-controllable drive, which is controlled by applying a preferred position value in such a way that the gear train placed between two drives is stressed by a predefined angular amount.

摘要: Invention relating to a method for controlling an ultrasonic machining, in which an ultrasonic vibration is transmitted via a sonotrode into the material to be machined. During the first machining interval, a first welding variable of the group S, consisting of the frequency f and the amplitude ü of the ultrasonic vibration, the force F, which the sonotrode exerts on the material to be machined, the power P, which the generator delivers, and the speed v, with which the sonotrode is moved in the direction of the material to be machined, is kept constant until a first target variable of the group Z adopts a predetermined value. During an adjoining second machining interval, a second welding variable of the group S is kept constant until a second target variable of the group Z adopts a predetermined value, wherein the first and the second target value differ.
