摘要: Systems and methods are provided for utilizing stacks to identify Advanced Function Presentation (AFP) objects. The system includes a memory and a controller. The memory is able to store AFP print data. The controller is able to perform a parsing process on the AFP print data to identify AFP objects. During the parsing process the controller is able to: (A) advance a parsing location within the AFP print data, and (B) if the parsing location corresponds with a BEGIN field for an AFP object, then push an entry representing the AFP object onto a stack. During the parsing process, the controller is further able to (C) determine whether the stack matches a pattern of entries defined by a rule, (D) if the stack matches the pattern, then process the AFP object at the parsing location to perform an action defined in the rule, and (E) repeat operations (A)-(D).

摘要: An electroplating method is disclosed that selectively deposits a greater thickness of a metal or alloy layer on a region of wafer that has a higher thickness loss during a subsequent chemical mechanical polish process. A paddle assembly has three rectangular sides joined at their edges to form a triangle shape from an end view, and a notch in a bottom side that faces a wafer during the plating process. The notch extends along second and third paddle sides to a height up to about 50% of the paddle thickness. The thickness in a K-block region that has two sides formed parallel to the wafer flat is selectively increased by aligning a first side of the paddle notch side directly over one K-block side and aligning a second notch side directly over a second K-block side during a paddle movement cycle. The notch may be rectangular shaped or tapered.

摘要: A method of activating a copper seed layer during a plating process is disclosed that comprises application of vapor generated by an ultrasonic wave nebulizer. The energized vapor droplets include water and a weak organic acid such as acetic acid, lactic acid, citric acid, uric acid, oxalic acid, or formic acid that have a vapor pressure proximate to that of water. The weak organic acid preferably has a pKa high enough to avoid Cu etching but is sufficiently acidic to remove copper oxide at a rate that is compatible with high throughput manufacturing. In one embodiment, weak acid/water vapor is applied to a substrate in a spin bowl and is followed by a deionized water rinse step in the same spin bowl. Improved wettability results in improved uniformity in subsequently plated copper films. Considerable cost savings is realized as a result of reduced chemical consumption and higher product yields.

摘要: Many suppliers claimed their products have been Tachyonized™ since the discovery and commercialization of Tachyonized™ products by Advanced Tachyon Technologies International. Genuine materials that have been Tachyonized have demonstrated a range of beneficial properties to biological organisms and processes. However, the market has been saturated with competitors making such claims without any foundation. Accordingly, the inventive process provides a simple and rapid test method to confirm the authenticity of Tachyonized materials.

摘要: A one-piece B-pillar having a front flange and a rear flange formed on an upper portion of the B-pillar. The front and rear flanges extend forwardly and rearwardly from a trapezoidal section of the B-pillar. An inner concave portion is provided in a lower portion of the B-pillar. The one-piece B-pillar is secured to the outer and upper surfaces of a roof rail and to the outer surface of a rocker to provide side impact strength. The B-pillar is hydroformed in one-piece to provide superior strength for roof crush performance. The tubular portion of the B-pillar is partially collapsed to form a trapezoidal section in the upper portion of the B-pillar.

摘要: A method for copying data and a data storage system including a primary data storage system and a remote data storage system stores data and copies data between the primary and remote systems with enhanced performance. The primary data storage system includes a primary data storage volume, and primary snapshots comprising data stored at the primary volume since a previous primary snapshot. The remote system includes a remote volume comprising a pointer to one or more remote snapshots, the remote snapshots corresponding to the primary snapshots. In the event of a failure at the primary system, the remote volume is made into a new primary volume and data from the remote snapshots is used for read and write operations in place of the primary volume. When the primary volume recovers from the failure, the new primary volume may be resynchronized with the primary volume.
