    摘要: A method for manufacturing a can body for a two-piece can by multistage forming of a circular laminated steel sheet having a radius of R0 includes the steps of producing a form at least one time by using a laminated steel sheet coated with a polyester resin, which has a plane orientation coefficient of 0.06 or less, in such a way that the height h, the maximum radius r, and the minimum radius d of the form satisfy d≦r, 0.2≦d/R≦0.5, and 1.5≦h/(R−r)≦2.5, where R represents the radius of the laminated steel sheet having a weight equivalent to the weight of a final form; heating the resulting form at least one time at a temperature of 150° C. or higher, and lower than or equal to the melting point of the polyester resin; and working the heat-treated form into a form satisfying d≦r, 0.1≦d/R≦0.25, and 1.5≦h/(R−r)≦4. This method easily produces a can body for a laminated steel sheet two-piece can at a low cost without occurrence of peeling nor breakage of a resin.

    摘要: The laminated steel sheet for two-piece can satisfies the relation of the height h of the final formed body, the maximum radius r thereof, the minimum radius d thereof, with the radius R of circular disk, before forming, having the same weight to that of the final formed body, as [0.1≦d/R≦0.25] and [1.5≦h/(R−r)≦4]. The laminated steel sheet has a polyester resin layer prepared by polycondensation of a dicarboxylic acid component and a diol component. The dicarboxylic component has terephthalic acid as the main ingredient, and the diol component has ethylene glycol and/or butylene glycol as the main ingredient. The quantity of copolymerizing ingredients is ranging from 8 to 16% by mole. The plane orientation factor of the resin is 0.06 or less.

    摘要: An IC chip testing apparatus comprising a chamber 6 having inside it a test stage 8 for testing an IC chip 22, cooling units 60, 62 able to cool the inside of the chamber 6 to a temperature less than ordinary temperature, heating units 60, 62 able to heat the inside of the chamber 6 to return it to ordinary temperature, temperature sensors 72, 74 for detecting the temperature inside the chamber 6, and a temperature controller 70 for controlling the outputs of the cooling units and/or heating units 60, 62 in accordance with the outputs from the temperature sensors. The apparatus not only makes the temperature control stop but also automatically performs ordinary temperature reset processing when an alarm signal of a temperature abnormality inside the chamber is detected. Further, the apparatus automatically performs ordinary temperature reset processing when the time of continuous operation of the device testing apparatus is more than a predetermined time. In accordance with the apparatus, condensation can be effectively prevented from occurring inside the chamber even when a temperature alarm is emitted or the testing apparatus is operated continuously for a long period of time.

The steel sheet for 2-piece battery cans of the invention contains S and O (where O is the total oxygen content) while satisfying the conditions that S is from 0.005 to 0.015 wt. %, preferably from 0.005 to 0.012 wt. %, that 0 is from 0 to 0.0025 wt. % and that [S/10+O].ltoreq.0.0035 wt. %, preferably [S/10 +0].ltoreq.0.0030 wt. %. More preferably, the steel sheet contains B of from 0.0005 to 0.0015 wt. % while satisfying 0.2.ltoreq.B/N.ltoreq.1.0, or contains either one or both of Cr of being from 0.03 to 0.10 wt. % and Ni of being from 0.01 to 0.10 wt. %, the total of the two being not larger than 0.10 wt. %.     摘要: An automatic testing system and method for inspecting the contact characteristics of the contact pins of each of sockets of an IC tester disposed in the testing zone of an IC handler in an automatic and efficient fashion prior to testing semiconductor devices under test is provided. A test device which is identical in shape to semiconductor devices to be tested and the electric characteristics of which are known is provided and is carried on a test tray and conveyed from the loader section to the testing zone where the test device is brought into contact with a socket to measure the contact characteristics of the socket. Upon completion of the measurement, the test device is transferred from the test tray to the customer tray, and the customer tray with the test device thereon is then temporarily stored in a tray storing means in the unloader section. Thereafter, the customer tray is conveyed to the loader section where the test device is transferred from the customer tray to the test tray. Then, the test tray with the test device thereon is conveyed from the loader section back to the test section. These procedures are repeated until all of the sockets in the test section are automatically checked for their contact characteristics.

    摘要: In a compressed-air dryer, a base has formed therein a recess at the other end thereof. An inlet port is connected to an air compressor and communicates with the recess. An outlet port is connected to an air reservoir. Air after having passed through a desiccant container is discharged to the air reservoir through the outlet port. The oil-mist separator is received within a tubular section of the base and cooperates with the tubular section to define a transport cavity therebetween. The control unit has a movable member capable of being shifted to a first position to open the valve device or to a second position to close the valve device depending on the difference between a force corresponding to the pressure of compressed air applied thereto through the control port and a force corresponding to the pressure of compressed air applied thereto through the outlet port. The timing of relieving the braking pressure maintained is varied according to the level of the braking pressure.
