Abstract:
A method and apparatus for collecting goods with the conveyor (17) having flexible U-shaped goods receptacles (62A) each being in correspondence to the opening of a goods drop-out unit (14). Each goods receptacle (62A) being successively brought to the position of the openings of each goods drop-out unit (14) with intermittent feeding of the conveyor (17) such as to bring each goods receptacles (62A) of the conveyor (17) to the positions of the openings of each goods drop-out units (14). The goods dropped out from each goods drop-out unit (14) being successively collected in each goods receptacle (62A).
Abstract:
A device is provided for palletizing a variety of goods by layers. Goods are formed into a unit load by palletizing them layer-by-layer in a order of layer area dimensions from the bottom with consideration to layer area dimensions of goods, dimensions of void spaces which are not occupied with goods, and the dimensional relation among goods so that the palletized goods will not collapse during transport. The palletizing device preferably has a mechanism for holding one layer of goods which includes a goods pressing device; a controller for pressing with the goods pressing device; a controller for controlling the order of palletizing; a centering mechanism which registers the holding mechanism with the center of a good layer; a detector which determines the position for suspending a truck so as to align the sides of layers uniformly; and a lifter for unit load which moves the unit load up and down in respect to the holding mechanism.
Abstract:
There is disclosed a goods handling method for carrying in or carrying out goods with respect to storage facilities having multirow and multistage storing spaces including the steps of carrying the goods into a goods inlet apparatus or carrying out the goods from a goods outlet apparatus by causing the goods inlet apparatus or the goods outlet apparatus to travel in the vertical direction and in the horizontal direction along the the storing spaces of the goods storage facilities, conveying the goods within a plane parallel to a travelling plane of the goods inlet or the goods outlet apparatus, and transferring the goods, in a consecutive manner, from the goods conveying step to the goods inlet step, or from the goods outlet step to the goods conveying step by absorbing a difference between a goods inlet height or a goods outlet height in the goods inlet step or the goods outlet step and a goods conveyance height in the goods conveying step. An apparatus for carrying out the method is also disclosed.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a biaxially stretched polyamide resin film which is a biaxially stretched film having a layer of a polyamide resin with caproamide as a repeating unit thereof and has an amount of the caprolactam monomer extracted from the biaxially stretched polyamide resin film of 0.1% by mass or less, and also disclosed is a packaging material including the biaxially stretched polyamide resin film.
Abstract:
A heat insulating stamper is disclosed. The heat insulating stamper includes an uppermost section made of a metal material, a lowermost section made of the same material as the uppermost section, and a middle section having a heat conductivity lower than the uppermost section. The middle section includes the same metal material as the uppermost section and the lowermost section, and heat insulating portions.

Abstract:
A method and apparatus for correcting the appearance of each of a plurality of vertically stacked load stages each comprising a load placed on a pallet. Each of the vertically stacked load stages is separated, and each separated load stage is corrected.
Abstract:
Article loading apparatus and method for loading articles such as fiberboard containers onto a loading carrier base such as pallet, with which it is possible to reduce required labor and to enhance working efficiency. An article loading conveyer which makes a conveying path on which an article is conveyed swingable and extendable is provided. An article transfer carrier having an article sliding surface is connected to a distal end of the loading conveyor. The article sliding surface is kept at a substantially constant posture with respect to a horizontal plane by the provision of a posture control device, regardless of the incline of the loading conveyor.
Abstract:
A method of stacking a plurality of box-shaped articles is disclosed. A plurality of pairs of supporting members are provided such that they can be switched between an article supporting position and an article releasing position. After each box-shaped article is supplied to each of the supporting members set to the article supporting position, each of the supporting members is set to the article releasing position, and thus the box-shaped articles are stacked.
