    摘要: An underfloor catalyst assembly for an automobile includes a flange structure that is a compact structure so that a tool for connecting a front flange and an exhaust system pipe of an underfloor catalyst assembly can be inserted and the connection can be performed at a side of the catalyst assembly. Furthermore, the catalyst assembly is positioned near the engine for thereby enhancing performance of a LOT (Light Off Temperature). Flow distribution is made uniform in a cross section of a catalyst carrier by adapting a circular cross section structure. In addition, a desired performance is obtained by enhancing purification performance of the catalyst assembly, while reducing volume and fabrication cost as compared to the conventional catalyst assembly.

    摘要: A swing motor having an opening formed asymmetrically inside a stator. The swing motor is formed with an asymmetrical opening, in particular in a semicircular shape inside the stator. The opening is provided with a plurality of salient poles wound with coils. Electric current alternately flows through the coils so that a rotor, installed in the stator in a state of being spaced apart from the stator, can reciprocally move. Since the height of the stator is reduced by forming the opening asymmetrically in comparison with the case of forming the opening symmetrically, it is advantageous for minimizing the size of the product in which the swing motor is installed.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a reception antenna structure of a tire pressure monitoring system. The reception antenna is implemented using a cable-type antenna connected to a receiver of the tire pressure monitoring system. The cable-type antenna enables a mounting position of the antenna to be freely changed and improves a reception rate for measured data about temperature and pressure of a tire, that is modulated into data in the UHF band and transmitted to the outside of the tire in a wireless manner by a transmitter. According to the present invention, the reception antenna of a tire pressure monitoring system is implemented using a radiating leakage coaxial cable so as to enable the position of the antenna to be freely changed, so that, when tire pressure data is measured by a temperature and pressure sensor included in the transmitter within the tire and then transmitted through a tire pressure monitoring transmitter in a wireless manner, the reception sensitivity for the measured data is improved, thus increasing the reliability of the data measured at the tire, and guaranteeing the stability of the tire on the basis of the reliability of the reception sensitivity for the measured data.

    摘要: Provided is a motor, which can minimize friction caused during initial operation and smoothly discharge static electricity generated during operation by employing both an air dynamic bearing and a fluid dynamic bearing using oil of predetermined viscosity. Bearing means employed in the motor includes a fluid dynamic bearing generating a fluid dynamic pressure by forming an oil gap between a rotor and a stator such that oil is accommodated in the oil gap, and an air dynamic bearing generating an air dynamic pressure by forming an air gap between the rotor and the stator such that air is introduced into the air gap. Specifically, the fluid dynamic bearing generates a fluid dynamic pressure by forming an oil gap between an axial hole of a sleeve and a shaft such that oil is accommodated in the oil gap, and the air dynamic bearing generates an air dynamic pressure by forming an air gap between an inner circumferential surface of a hub and an outer circumferential surface of the sleeve. Since the motor employs both the fluid dynamic bearing and the air dynamic bearing, dry friction between the rotor and the stator is prevented during operation, thereby improving operating characteristics. Also, since the motor secures a path through which static electricity generated by air friction in a clearance of the air dynamic bearing is discharged, the motor can satisfy requirements of hard disk drives (HDDs) employing the motor.
