摘要: A method of cleaning for removing metal compounds attached to a surface of a substrate, wherein the cleaning is conducted by supplying a supercritical fluid of carbon dioxide comprising at least one of triallylamine and tris(3-aminopropyl)amine to the surface of the substrate and a process for producing a semiconductor device using the method of cleaning are provided. In accordance with the method of cleaning and the method for producing a semiconductor device using the method, etching residues or polishing residues containing metal compounds are efficiently removed selectively from the electroconductive material forming the electroconductive layer. When the electroconductive layer is a wiring, an increase in resistance due to residual metal compounds can be suppressed, and an increase in the leak current due to diffusion of the metal from the metal compounds to the insulating film can be prevented. Therefore, reliability on the wiring is improved, and the yield of the semiconductor device can be increased.

摘要: Each of three-phase arm of an inverter has first and second switching elements connected in series together at a connection point to the corresponding phase coil of the three-phase motor. Control device turns on the first switching element of the i-th (i is a natural number smaller than four) for a predetermined time period, and determines that the second switching element of the i-th arm has a short fault, when an overcurrent exceeding a predetermined threshold is detected within the predetermined time period. The predetermined time period is shorter than a time period from a time point of turning on the first switching element of the i-th arm to a time point of attaining the predetermined threshold by a current flowing through a path extending from a power supply line through the second switching element of the remaining arm other than the i-th arm to a ground line.

摘要: To provide an embroidery data creation apparatus, an embroidery data creation program, and a recording medium that records the embroidery data creation program, which create embroidery data for embroidery that is clear and sharp even when the tint or output size of an image is changed. The number of pixels necessary to create embroidery data is determined from thread density, size of the embroidery, and copied color data. Initial angle information is created from angle data and the angle information having necessary pixel configuration is re-computed from the initial angle information. Then, line segment data is created from the re-computed angle information, color data is created from the size adjusted color data and the line segment data, and the embroidery data is created from the line segment data and the color data.

摘要: The process searches a block that contains a current line segment for any other line segments and, if they are found, calculates a distance between an endpoint of the current line segment and endpoint nodes of all the line segments found in the block. The process sequentially searches for the line segments in the block in accordance with search order determined on the basis of a search ranking table if a search range is not crossed over and calculates the distances between the endpoint of the current line segment and the endpoint nodes of the found line segments. Then, the process compares the distance from the endpoint node of the already line segment found and the distance from the newly found endpoint node and outputs the smaller one as the next line segment.

摘要: A torque command (Tht) used in the calculation of a voltage command (Vht) of a voltage-up converter is generated by adding an upper limit value value (Tc_max) of damping control that can be set by a motor drive device with a target drive torque (Tbt). Accordingly, the torque command (Tht) exhibits a waveform absent of variation, differing from a torque command (Tcmd) that is generated by adding damping torque generated based on revolution count variation component with the target drive torque (Tbt). Therefore, the voltage command (Vht) calculated based on the torque command (Tht) exhibits a waveform absent of variation. Accordingly, increase in current passing through the voltage-up converter caused by variation in the voltage command (Vht) can be suppressed. As a result, power loss at the voltage-up converter is reduced and operation of the motor at high efficiency can be realized. Further, the voltage-up converter can be protected from element fracture.

摘要: This invention provides a rolling method and a rolling apparatus, for flat-rolled metal materials capable of stably producing flat-rolled metal materials not having, or having extremely little, camber. A rolling method for a flat-rolled metal material uses rolling equipment including a rolling mill and at least a pair of pinch rolls for clamping a rolled material on the exit side of the rolling mill having a mechanism in which either one, or both, of Upper and lower roll assemblies have a mechanism for supporting a work roll by split backup rolls split into at least three segments in an axial direction, the split backup roll group having a construction for supporting both a vertical direction load and a rolling direction load acting on the contacting work roll and each of the split backup rolls independently having a load measuring device. The method comprises the steps of directly measuring, or calculating on the basis of a predetermined measurement value, either one, or both, of left-right balance of a rolling direction force acting on a rolled material from the pinch rolls and the left-right balance of a rolling direction force acting on the work roll of the rolling mill through the rolled material; and controlling a left-right swivelling component of a roll gap of the rolling mill on the basis of the measured value or the calculated value of the left-right balance of the rolling direction force.
