Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for fabricating a GaN semiconductor epitaxial layer. The method includes the steps of: (a) providing a substrate within a reaction furnace; (b) setting a temperature range of the substrate to be 200° C.˜1,300° C.; (C) supplying a Ga metallic source on the substrate; (d) changing the supplied Ga metallic source on the substrate, to Ga metal islands; (e) supplying a nitrogenous source to the Ga metal islands after suspending supply of the Ga metallic source; (f) forming GaN islands by reacting the Ga metal islands with the nitrogenous source; and (g) growing a GaN epitaxial layer by basing the GaN islands as a seed.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a wireless communication system and user equipment providing wireless communication services, and a method of transmitting and receiving data between a terminal and a base station in an evolved Universal Mobile Telecommunications System (UMTS) that has evolved from a Universal Mobile Telecommunications System (UMTS), a Long Term Evolution (LTE) system, or a LTE-A (LTE-Advanced) system and more particularly, to a method of effectively using radio resource(s) in relay node, and it may be an object of the present invention is to provide an improved method of maintaining a Quality of Service (QoS) and of managing a memory and buffer in a LTE-A system in order to effectively utilize the radio resource(s).
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a wireless communication system and UE providing wireless communication services, and a method of determining the operation mode of a base station, that is, the connection mode (access mode) of a cell, based on which UE's connection is allowed by a base station in an evolved Universal Mobile Telecommunications System (UMTS) that has evolved from a Universal Mobile Telecommunications System (UMTS) or a Long Term Evolution (LTE) system, and it may be an object of the present invention to provide a process of determining the connection mode of a cell by checking the existence of a subscriber group identity if it is determined that the connection mode of a cell is not allowed for one or more UEs belonging to a particular subscriber group.

Abstract:
A structure of a carrier is disclosed. The structure includes an upper frame; side frames in a pair formed downwardly from both sides of the upper frame; and center frames, each of which has one end connected to the central portion of the upper frame and the other end slantingly connected to the corresponding one of the side frames. Since the center frames are slantingly installed and support the upper frame and the side frames, the structure of the carrier has reduced weight and enables the maintenance of sufficient rigidity.
