Abstract:
Embodiments related to metal oxide protective layers formed on a surface of a halogen-sensitive metal-including layer present on a substrate processed in a semiconductor processing reactor are provided. In one example, a method for forming a metal oxide protective layer is provided. The example method includes forming a metal-including active species on the halogen-sensitive metal-including layer, the metal-including active species being derived from a non-halogenated metal oxide precursor. The example method also includes reacting an oxygen-containing reactant with the metal-including active species to form the metal oxide protective layer.
Abstract:
Disclosed is the radio (wireless) communication system providing a radio communication service and the terminal, and more particularly, to a method of transmitting an aggregated measurement report to a network in an Evolved Universal Mobile Telecommunications System (E-UMTS) evolved from the Universal Mobile Telecommunications System (UMTS) or a Long Term Evolution (LTE) system.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a wireless communication system and terminal for providing a wireless communication service, and more particularly, a method of selectively applying a PDCP function based on data characteristic transmitted through a radio bearer in an Evolved Universal Mobile Telecommunications System (E-UMTS) evolved from a UMTS, Long Term Evolution (LTE) System or LTE-Advanced (LTE-A) system.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a wireless communication system and UE providing wireless communication services, and a method of determining the operation mode of a base station, that is, the connection mode (access mode) of a cell, based on which UE's connection is allowed by a base station in an evolved Universal Mobile Telecommunications System (UMTS) that has evolved from a Universal Mobile Telecommunications System (UMTS) or a Long Term Evolution (LTE) system, and it may be an object of the present invention to provide a process of determining the connection mode of a cell by checking the existence of a subscriber group identity if it is determined that the connection mode of a cell is not allowed for one or more UEs belonging to a particular subscriber group.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a process and system for depositing a thin film onto a substrate. One aspect of the invention is depositing a thin film metal oxide layer using atomic layer deposition (ALD).
Abstract:
Disclosed is the radio (wireless) communication system providing a radio communication service and the terminal, and more particularly, to a method of managing radio resource(s) using a group selection indicator so as to effectively utilize the radio resource(s) in an Evolved Universal Mobile Telecommunications System (E-UMTS) evolved from the Universal Mobile Telecommunications System (UMTS) or a Long Term Evolution (LTE) system.
Abstract:
A structure of a carrier is disclosed. The structure includes an upper frame; side frames in a pair formed downwardly from both sides of the upper frame; and center frames, each of which has one end connected to the central portion of the upper frame and the other end slantingly connected to the corresponding one of the side frames. Since the center frames are slantingly installed and support the upper frame and the side frames, the structure of the carrier has reduced weight and enables the maintenance of sufficient rigidity.

Disclosed is the radio (wireless) communication system providing a radio communication service and the terminal, and more particularly, to a method of handling an uplink synchronization timer during a handover procedure in an Evolved Universal Mobile Telecommunications System (E-UMTS) evolved from the Universal Mobile Telecommunications System (UMTS) or a Long Term Evolution (LTE) system.
Abstract:
Disclosed is the radio (wireless) communication system providing a radio communication service and the terminal, and more particularly, to a method of releasing a restricted-access based on a network's setting and an interference situation measured by the terminal in an Evolved Universal Mobile Telecommunications System (E-UMTS) evolved from the Universal Mobile Telecommunications System (UMTS) or a Long Term Evolution (LTE) system.
