摘要： The semiconductor memory device has a formal mode and a test mode as operating modes. The program circuit includes a fuse element in which an address using a spare memory cell instead of a defective memory cell is programmed. The program circuit confirms a disconnection state of a fuse in a condition severer in the test mode than that in the normal mode. An anomaly is notified to outside by a detection circuit in a case where results are different between the test mode and the normal mode. In a case where a fuse is not completely blown, such a fuse can also be detected in the test mode to exclude a defective chip.

摘要： A pair of drive conveyer rollers are provided for a platen that guides recording media. The follower conveyer roller is supported by a roller support plate which is coupled at its side with a lever so that the rotation of this lever is able to press the platen downward. When the paired drive conveyer rollers hold recording paper between them, the follower conveyer roller moves upward, which causes the roller support plate to rotate. This rotational force is transmitted to the lever so that the platen is pressed down to thereby adjust the gap between the printer head and the platen appropriately.

摘要： Serial write data of the burst length transmitted to a data bus are stored in parallel in latch circuits by a S/P data conversion circuit. In a memory cell array, one row of memory cells and four columns of memory cells are rendered active at the same time. Respective bit lines and latch circuits are connected by a sense amplifier I/O circuit. The write data of the burst length are written into the memory cell array at one time. The data of the bit length read out at one time from the memory cell array are converted into serial data by a P/S data conversion circuit to be transmitted to the data bus.

摘要： When a first data bus line and a second data bus line as a pair are used as a complementary bus, a complementary data signal ZDATA1 is provided to the second data bus line, and an output buffer circuit that becomes unnecessary is rendered inactive. On the other hand, when the first and second data bus lines are used as two single data buses, a differential amplifier transmits two data signals without amplification to the first and second data bus lines. A data signal DATA2 is provided to the second data bus line. The output buffer circuit is activated, and a data signal ZDATA2 is output from an output node.

摘要： A lens-fitted photographic film unit has a flash device for emitting a flash of light. A charge switch is adapted to bring the flash device into an on-state, either by rotation of a film advancing wheel, or when a shutter device is cocked. When the flash device is in the on-state, a main capacitor is charged so as to allow emission of a flash of light. In a preferred embodiment, the charge switch is initially turned on so as to keep the flash device in the on-state. In another preferred embodiment, the flash device is in the on-state while the charge switch is on, and is in the off-state while the charge switch is off, in response to the shutter device. When the lens-fitted photographic film unit is contained in a wrapper, an insulating tape is inserted between a positive electrode of the battery and a contact segment. Upon the wrapper being torn off the lens-fitted photographic film unit, the insulating tape is pulled out of the lens-fitted photographic film unit, so as to bring the flash device into the on-state.

摘要： An electric compressor controller includes a compressor that compresses refrigerant of an air conditioning system; a motor that drives the compressor; an inverter that selectively control switching elements based on PWM pulse signals to supply drive power to the motor and heats the refrigerant by heat generated due to switching of the switching elements during a heating operation; temperature detectors each detects junction temperature of each of the switching elements; a drive controller that supplies the pulse signals to the inverter to control the inverter; and a slope varying unit that variably controls precipitous degree of rising/falling slope waveforms of the pulse signals based on the junction temperature detected by the temperature detectors. According to the electric compressor controller, efficiency for heating refrigerant is improved, so that its own heating ability is improved.
