    摘要: A winding on a stator of a rotary electric machine is constructed by welding end portions of a plurality of segments. A plurality of pairs arranged on an end of the stator are welded by a welder. In a welding stage, the pairs are held by a plurality of insertion rods of a circumferential side holding tool. The insertion rods are radially disposed. The insertion rods are movable in a radial direction. The insertion rods are moved back toward a radial outside to release a holding of the pairs after ball-shaped welding marks are formed. Holding is released without damage on the welding mark.

    摘要: The invention provides an aqueous dispersion which includes i) an aqueous dispersion (I) resulting from dispersion of a block copolymer (I) composed of at least one polymer block (A) containing olefin monomer units and at least one polymer block (B) containing 2 to 100 mole percent of units derived from at least one vinyl monomer having a carboxyl or carboxylic anhydride group and 98 to 0 (zero) mole percent of units derived from another vinyl monomer or monomers copolymerizable with the carboxyl group- or carboxylic anhydride group-containing vinyl monomer, in an aqueous solution of not less than 0.05 equivalent, relative to the carboxyl or carboxylic anhydride group, of a basic substance, and ii) a polyurethane (II), iii) vinyl polymer (III) or iv) tackifier (IV) incorporated in the aqueous dispersion (I). The aqueous dispersion of the invention has excellent adhesiveness to various substrates and stability, and gives a coating layer having excellent weather resistance, water resistance and resistance to solvent attack. The aqueous dispersion of the invention is particularly useful as a coating composition and/or a primer.

    摘要: A method of manufacturing a winding includes steps of twisting U-shaped conductor segments, inserting straight portions of the twisted conductor segments in slots of a stator core, bending ends of the straight portions in a circumferential direction of the stator core and joining the ends. The method further includes a step of pressing turn portions of the U-shaped conductor segments by a turn portion twisting apparatus such that widths of the turn portions reduce in radial directions. The pressing step is performed simultaneously with the twisting step. Alternatively, the pressing step is performed after the twisting step.
