    摘要: A 1/4 wave length coaxial resonator comprises an outer cylindrical portion, an inner cylindrical portion positioned coaxially in the outer cylindrical portion, with the outer and inner cylindrical portions connected at one end by a radial connecting portion, and a dielectric unit disposed therebetween. The outer cylindrical portion and the inner cylindrical portion and the radial connecting portion are formed with a unitary member of a metallic extruded material formed by means of an impact extruding process so that the inner cylindrical portion is positioned coaxially in the outer cylindrical portion. As a result, a space is formed between the outer cylindrical portion and the inner cylindrical portion to allow for insertion of a hollow cylindrical dielectric unit. One end of the above described metallic extruded member of a unitary material is formed as an opened end allowing for insertion of the dielectric unit, while the other end of the metallic extruded member is formed as a radial connecting portion for electrically short-circuiting the outer cylindrical portion and the inner cylindrical portion. The dielectric unit is formed with an outer conductor layer on the outer wall surface and an inner conductor layer on the inner wall surface. The dielectric unit is inserted only in the region close to the opened end or in the whole portion of the space between the outer cylindrical portion and the inner cylindrical portion.

    摘要: The disclosure relates to an improved microwave device which includes a casing of electrically conductive material, at least two coaxial resonators, for example, 1/4 wavelength coaxial TEM resonators each having dielectric member disposed between an inner conductor and an outer conductor of the coaxial resonator and a terminal electrode secured in the inner conductor to provide a terminal portion projecting from an end face of each of the coaxial resonators. The resonators are accommodated in the casing so as to be electrically connected and mechanically secured to the casing. A dielectric plate member connecting input and output terminals of the device is provided at least two coupling electrodes spaced predetermined intervals from each other are provided on the dielectric plate member. The microwave device is arranged to obtain coupling electrostatic capacity mainly between the coupling electrodes provided on the main flat surface of the dielectric plate member.

    摘要: A filter device has two filters for filtering or separating two high-frequency signals having different frequencies. Each filter comprises a plurality of quarterwavelength coaxial resonators, cables for connecting the filters with terminals, and a casing for accommodating the two filters. Either the respective input cables or the respective output cables of the two filters are joined in a tee joint. The casing is constituted of two cooperating blocks each having grooves to precisely accommodate the two filters and the cables. The two-part casing maintains the tee joint and obviates the need for a conventional T-shaped metallic coupling member, and makes manufacture very easy.

    摘要: A dielectric filter and a dielectric duplexer having a dielectric block with resonator holes formed therein, each having a large-sectional-area portion and a small-sectional-area portion so that the resonator hole has different respective inner diameters at an open-circuited end and a short-circuited end. Each large-sectional-area portion is formed with the cross-sectional shape of an elongated circle, an ellipse, or a rectangle, for example, the cross-sectional shape defining a longitudinal axis which is disposed at an angle against with respect to a plane in which the resonator holes are arranged. The invention increases the degree of freedom in providing a desired resonant frequency and a desired degree of coupling between resonators, in order to be able to easily provide desired filter characteristics, even in a case in which the external dimensions of the required dielectric block are restricted. Also disclosed is a method of manufacturing the dielectric filter and dielectric duplexer, as well as a radio transceiver utilizing the dielectric duplexer.

    摘要: A multi-passband filter includes a dielectric member (1), a plurality of resonant lines (12a-12c,13,14a-14d,15a-15c) provided within or on the dielectric member (1) and the resonant lines (12a-12c,13,14a-14d,15a-15c) are coupled to adjacent resonant lines so that a plurality of resonators are provided. At least one pair of resonant lines (12a-12c,13,14a-14d,15a-15c) are interdigitally coupled to each other in such a manner that the open ends and short-circuited ends of said resonant lines (12a-12c,13,14a-14d,15a-15c) are located in opposite directions with respect to each other, thereby providing a band-elimination filter. At least one pair of said resonant lines (14a-14d) may be comb-line coupled to each other in such a manner that the open ends and short-circuited ends of said resonant lines (14a-14d) are located in the same direction with respect to each other, thereby providing a band-pass filter. The multi-passband filter requires only a limited space to dispose the band-elimination filter in the filter. It is unnecessary to provide a phase shifter between the band-elimination filter and an input/output terminal when the band-elimination filter and the other filter are combined to input or output signals through a common input/output terminal.
