    摘要: A method is disclosed for making an anti-reflection film of a solar cell. The method includes the step of providing a laminate. The laminate includes a ceramic substrate, a titanium-based compound film, a p+ type poly-silicon back surface field, a p− type poly-silicon light-soaking film and an n+ type poly-silicon emitter. The laminate is passivated with SiCNO:Ar plasma in a plasma-enhanced vapor deposition device, thus filling the dangling bonds of the silicon atoms at the surface of the n+ type poly-silicon emitter, the dangling bonds of the silicon grains at the grain boundaries of the p− type poly-silicon light-soaking film and the dangling bonds of the silicon atoms in the p+ type poly-silicon back surface field. Finally, the n+ type poly-silicon emitter is coated with an anti-reflection film of SiCN/SiO2.

    摘要: A method is disclosed for making a thin-film poly-crystalline silicon solar cell. In the method, there is provided an ITO-glass substrate by coating a glass substrate with a transparent and conductive ITO film. An amorphous silicon film is grown on the ITO-glass substrate. An aluminum film is grown on the amorphous silicon film. The aluminum film and the amorphous silicon film are annealed and therefore converted and interchanged into an aluminum-silicon alloy film and a p+ poly-crystalline silicon film, respectively. In a low-temperature plasma-based deposition process, a p− poly-crystalline silicon film is coated on the p+ poly-crystalline silicon film, and an n+ poly-crystalline silicon film is coated on the p− poly-crystalline silicon film. An ohmic contact is provided on the transparent and conductive ITO film. Other ohmic contacts are provided on the n+ poly-crystalline silicon film. An anti-reflection film is coated on the n+ poly-crystalline silicon film.

    摘要: A method is disclosed for making a thin-film poly-crystalline silicon solar cell.     摘要: The invention discloses an apparatus for adjusting an output back light relative to the ith image frame among N image frames of an image sequence inputted to a display system. The apparatus includes an optical sensing module, a memory unit, an image processing module, and a back light module. The optical sensing module is used for sensing a current environmental light. The memory unit is used for storing a look-up table in which a plurality of environmental light values, a plurality of brightness ratios, and a plurality of back light adjusting parameters are recorded. Each of the environmental light values corresponds to the brightness ratios and the back light adjusting parameters, and each of the back light adjusting parameters corresponds to one of the brightness ratios. The image processing module is used for calculating a current brightness ratio relative to the ith image frame and for further determining the back light parameter in accordance with the current environmental light, the current brightness ratio, and the look-up table. The back light module is used for adjusting the output back light in accordance with the back light adjusting parameter.

    摘要: A projection lens, in order along an optical axis from an image formation side to an image source side, includes a first lens, an aperture, a second lens, a third lens, and a fourth lens. The first lens is a meniscus lens with positive refractive power and a convex surface thereof facing the image formation side, and has at least an aspheric surface. The second lens is a biconcave lens with negative refractive power, and has at least an aspheric surface. The third lens is a biconvex lens with positive refractive power, and the fourth lens is a biconvex lens with positive refractive power, and has at least an aspheric surface. Therefore, the projection lens has a small size and high zoom ratio.

    摘要: Techniques to securely boot up an electronics device (e.g., a cellular phone) from an external storage device are described. Secure data (e.g., a hash digest, a signature, a cryptographic key, and so on) is initially retrieved from a non-writable area of an external memory device (e.g., an one-time programmable (OTP) area of a NAND Flash device). A first program (e.g., a boot program) is retrieved from a writable or main area of the external memory device and authenticated based on the secure data. The first program is enabled for execution if authenticated. A second program may be retrieved from the main area of the external memory device and authenticated based on the secure data. The second program is enabled for execution if authenticated. Additional programs may be retrieved and authenticated. Each program may be authenticated using a secure hash function, a digital signature, and/or some other cryptographic technique.
