The annular seat is composed of a cylinder and a plurality of fins radially disposed on an outer surface of the cylinder, in which each of the fins has an engagement protrusion. The frame is formed with a flange. The frame is assembled with the annular seat by engaging the flange with the engagement protrusion, and the engagement protrusion is deformed by the flange to fasten each other.

    摘要: A dual-axis hinge for a portable electronic device has at least one stationary bracket, a pivoting bracket and a connecting leaf. The stationary bracket is adapted to be mounted securely in a base of the portable electronic device. The pivoting bracket is mounted pivotally in the stationary bracket and pivot relative to the stationary bracket in a first axis. The connecting leaf is adapted to be connected with a cover of the portable electronic device, is pivotally mounted in the pivoting bracket and pivots relative to the pivoting bracket in a second axis that is in different direction from the first axis. With such an arrangement, the cover connected with the connecting leaf may pivot relative to the base in the first axis and the second axis respectively and allows the portable electronic device to make more motivation and contents to various applicability requirements.

    摘要: A pivot device has a pivot axle fastened on a cover of a lap top computer, a seat fastened on a chassis of the computer, and a first ring and a second ring respectively mounted around the pivot axle. The second ring and an elastic device are respectively mounted on the seat, and the second ring has two cutouts. Two lugs are respectively defined on the first ring and correspond to the cutouts. A nub is formed on an outer circumference of the first ring so that the nub presses against the elastic device. Hence, the cutouts are mated with the lugs by pushing so that the cover can be raised or lowered to the chassis and can be controlled to prevent colliding with the chassis.

    摘要: An integrated de-focus pattern provides an effective in-line monitor of de-focus and relative tilt for photo processing steps of integrated circuit wafers. The de-focus pattern is formed on an integrated circuit wafer in the vertical and horizontal spaces between integrated circuit chips. The de-focus pattern has a number of different test patterns at different heights above the wafer surface. De-focus patterns are placed across the entire wafer surface. The de-focus patterns are formed at the same time the features of the circuit chips are formed. The de-focus patterns can be analyzed optically or using a scanning electron microscope.

    摘要: A method is provided for producing a dummy pattern for an I.C. semiconductor device multi-layer interconnection metallurgy, having a planar global top surface with a dummy pattern for a circuit for use with conductor lines in the circuit pattern. Then subtract the sized and separated contact layout pattern from the gridded dummy pattern.     摘要: A simple, non critical, low cost process step is added to the manufacture of integrated circuit wafers to remove a ridge of dielectric material remaining at the flat edge of the wafer after an edge rinse has removed the ridge of dielectric from the circular edges of the wafer. A layer of dielectric, such as Spin-On-Glass or the like, is formed on the wafer. An edge rinse is then used to remove the ridge of dielectric formed at the wafer edge, however the edge rinse does not remove the ridge of dielectric at the flat edge of the wafer. A layer of photoresist is formed on the wafer, selectively exposed, and developed to form a photoresist mask. The flat edge of the wafer is then dipped in buffered oxide etch to remove the dielectric material at the flat edge of the wafer. The photoresist mask is then stripped and processing of the wafer is continued. Damage to dielectric material at the flat edge of the wafer, which can cause particles to flake off and become a source of defects in subsequent process steps, in thereby avoided.

    摘要: A power redundant system is provided. The power redundant system includes N first voltage generators, M second voltage generators, a switch unit and a control unit. A voltage of the i-th first voltage generator and a voltage of the j-th second voltage generator are equal. When a power good signal is enabled, the control unit enables a power control signal to control the switch unit so that an output of the switch unit is connected to an output of the j-th second voltage generator. When a power supply signal is enabled and the power good signal is disabled, the control unit disables the power control signal to control the switch unit so that the output of the switch unit is connected to an output of the i-th first voltage generator. Therefore, the first voltage generator and the second voltage generator of the system can backup each other.
