    摘要: The present invention provides a set of electrode plates for rolled electrochemical component and a cell comprising it. The set of electrode plates comprises a stripe-shaped first electrode plate, a stripe-shaped second electrode plate and a stripe-shaped separator, said separator being positioned between the first electrode plate and the second electrode plate, and these three being revolved into a roll in the length direction, wherein said first electrode plate comprising a stripe-shaped first collector and the active material coated on the surface of said first collector, said second electrode plate comprising a stripe-shaped second collector and the active material coated on the surface of said second collector, a first exposed portion with a predetermined width on which the active material are not coated being formed on at least one of two terminals in a width direction of the first electrode plate to constitute a first collecting section, a second exposed portion with a predetermined width on which the active material are not coated being formed on at least one of two terminals in a width direction of the second electrode plate to constitute a second collecting section, a structure for preventing sharp crippling is formed on at least one of said first collecting section and said second collecting section in at least the innermost periphery of the set of electrode plates. Hence, a high quality component having reliable and stable electrical connection between the collecting section and the collecting plate thereof and prevented from inner short-circuit in the set of roll-shaped electrode plates can be obtained.

    摘要: A sealing member includes a metal lid, an elastic shaft, a supporting protrusion, and a tip portion. The tip portion has an engaging portion larger in diameter than a liquid inlet. The shaft portion has a diameter smaller than that of the liquid inlet and a shaft length longer than the thickness of the circumferential edge portion of the liquid inlet. A sealed battery manufacturing method includes: a temporary sealing step of pressure-contacting the engaging portion to the circumferential edge portion; a degassing step of forming a communication path by pushing the tip portion to such an extent that the lid part does not make contact with a battery case and the tip portion is apart from the circumferential edge portion; and a final sealing step of pressing the tip portion until the lid part makes contact with the battery case, thereby sealing the liquid inlet.

    摘要: A secondary battery includes a cylindrical battery case, a positive and negative electrode body group, a top plate and a battery lid connected to first and second electrode bodies of the electrode body group respectively. The secondary battery further includes a current collector placed on an end of the electrode body group on the top plate side and connected to the first electrode body of the electrode body group and a spacer placed between the top plate and the current collector. The top plate is partly formed with a thin portion. The spacer is formed with through holes in positions corresponding to the thin portion. The portion of the current collector corresponding to the thin portion is in contact with the thin portion through the through hole. The thin portion is deformed when the internal pressure of the battery case rises, thereby breaking electric connection between the top plate and the current collector.

The lithium ion secondary batteries 10 each include an electrode assembly containing an alloy-based negative electrode active material serving as a negative electrode active material, and each have a sealed surface 10a. The lithium ion secondary battery 10 is mounted on the tray. The housing 12 accommodates the tray 11 with the lithium ion secondary battery 10 mounted thereon. Even if high-temperature contents are produced in the interior of the lithium ion secondary battery 10 in the event of internal short circuiting or overcharging, this configuration prevents the high-temperature contents from leaking out of the batter pack 1, and thus improves the safety of the battery pack 1.
