    摘要: A discharge location determination unit includes: discharge detection circuits connected to metal electrodes, respectively, and to which a signal due to discharge is input; and a calculation circuit to which signals output from the discharge detection circuits are input, wherein, if the intensity difference or intensity ratio between the two output signals is within a predetermined value, the calculation circuit determines that the discharge location is inside a tank, otherwise the calculation circuit determines that the discharge location is outside the tank.

The switching element has the gate, a drain, and a source and contains a wide-bandgap semiconductor. The gate driver includes a parallel circuit that includes a first capacitor C1 and a first resistor R1 and is connected between the controller and the gate of the switching element and a short-circuit unit S4 that is connected between the gate and source of the switching element and short-circuits the gate and source of the switching element after a delay from an OFF pulse of the control signal.

    摘要: Techniques are disclosed herein for applying different process steps to single-level cell (SLC) blocks in a memory array than to multi-level cell (MLC) blocks such that the SLC blocks will have high endurance and the MLC blocks will have high reliability. In some aspects, different doping is used in the MLC blocks than the SLC blocks. In some aspects, different isolation is used in the MLC blocks than the SLC blocks. Techniques are disclosed that apply different read parameters depending on how many times a block has been programmed/erased. Therefore, blocks that have been cycled many times are read using different parameters than blocks that have been cycled fewer times.

A vacuum valve is disposed in a gas tank, one end of a moving current-carrying shaft integrally includes a moving contact of the vacuum valve, and a contact pressure adjusting spring is disposed on the other end of the moving current-carrying shaft. An operating rod extends through the gas tank, an operation mechanism is mounted on the operating rod outside the gas tank, an insulating rod is mounted inside the gas tank, and the contact pressure adjusting spring is joined to the insulating rod.

    摘要: Disclosed is a toner residual quantity detecting apparatus for detecting a residual quantity of toners in a developing unit. This toner residual quantity detecting apparatus has a temperature sensor, provided in the bottom of the developing unit, for generating an output proportional to a detected temperature and a detecting circuit for detecting the toner residual quantity from the output of the temperature sensor. This temperature sensor detects a difference between temperatures when covered with the toners and when not covered with the toners, thereby detecting the toner residual quantity.
