An index magnet 10 is integrally formed with rotor frame 2. A magnetization pattern applied on medium holding magnet 3 is in-phase with a magnetization pattern applied on index magnet 10. An upper end of index magnet 10 is positioned lower in height than a top of medium holding magnet 3 which protrudes from an upper surface of rotor frame 2.

    摘要: A control apparatus capable of updating a user program while processing is being performed in a multitasking manner is provided. A processor includes a memory that stores a user program containing a program organization unit as well as a central processing unit executing a task containing the user program and also updating the program organization unit stored in the memory. The central processing unit is configured to execute a plurality of tasks concurrently and to execute each task with a period corresponding to the task. Moreover, the central processing unit is configured to update the program organization unit stored in the memory during the period of time from when a plurality of tasks to be executed have been finished until when the plurality of tasks are executed again.

    摘要: An insulated wire includes a conductor, and an insulating layer of a porous member formed on the conductor by using a water-in-oil type emulsion (W/O emulsion) including a thermosetting liquid solventless varnish as the oil and water drops of water-soluble polymer contained in the thermosetting liquid solventless varnish as the water. The insulating layer of the porous member is formed by that the water-in-oil type emulsion is coated so as to form a thin film as a coated film, the thermosetting liquid solventless varnish as the oil is polymerized and cured after the formation of the thin film, and the water drops as the water is dried and removed after the curing of the thermosetting liquid solventless varnish.

    摘要: A bearing retainer unit is formed by an insert-molding technique to cast a molded component of the bearing retainer unit utilizing a bearing bushing. A first mold die, having a circumferential surface shaped to correspond to at least a portion of the inner circumferential surface of a bearing-positioning portion of the molded component, and a second mold die, having an abutment that abuts against an axial end face of the first die, are readied. A molten material is then injected into the mold to form the molded part, thereby forming the die-parting line on the inner circumferential surface of the component's bearing positioning portion, positioned at the radially outer side of the abutment.
