摘要: A processing apparatus is provided with a showerhead for introducing a process gas into a processing vessel, and heaters for heating the showerhead to an elevated temperature. The processing apparatus is provided with a main flow line for a cooling liquid, and a bypass flow line connected to the main flow line so as to bypass the showerhead. A cooling liquid control system for controlling the flow of the cooling liquid includes shutoff valves, and a valve controller. The cooling liquid control system controls the flow of the cooling liquid such that the cooling liquid is prevented from flowing through the cooling passage while the showerhead is being heated to the elevated temperature, and such that the cooling liquid is made to flow through both the cooling passage and the bypass flow line while the showerhead is being cooled to a reduced temperature.

摘要: There is provided a heating medium circulating apparatus which is small and which does not require a very large installation space. In a heating medium circulating apparatus wherein a temperature controlling object being an object to be temperature-controlled, a main heat exchanger 88 for carrying out main heat exchange with a heating medium, and a circulating pump 84 are provided in a heating medium circulating system 78, a sub-heat exchanger 96 using a thermoelectric element 100 is provided in the heating medium circulating system downstream of the main heat exchanger to control the temperature of the heating medium. Thus, the apparatus itself is small, and the installation space is not very large.

摘要: A medical laser treatment device comprises a handpiece having a handpiece body and a laser probe to be attached to the handpiece body, a laser light source, and a light transmission member which guides laser light to the handpiece. The laser probe has a fiber probe having an emission face through which the laser light is emitted to an irradiation region, an annular protection tube which covers the peripheral face of the fiber probe, and a holder which holds the fiber probe and the protection tube. The protection tube has a curved part extending with being curved. A first fiber curved part is formed in the fiber probe by passing the fiber probe through the protection tube. A second fiber curved part having a radius of curvature is smaller than that of the first fiber curved part is disposed in a tip end portion of a fiber probe.

摘要: An article advancing device and an article arrangement shelf with simple structures can be securely operated without electric power. The article advancing device includes elongated drawer members with flexible band-shaped sheets and stopper structures disposed at distal ends of the flexible band-shaped sheets to allow articles to be arranged on the elongated drawer members when pulled-out, rollers for fixing proximal ends of the band-shaped sheets in position and winding up the band-shaped sheets by predetermined driving force while allowing the band-shaped sheets to be freely pulled out, and a main body for housing the rollers and the wound up band-shaped sheets. The rollers are disposed in parallel to each other within the main body, and the elongated drawer members are disposed on the rollers respectively so as not to overlap each other in a width direction.

摘要: Cell-based immunotherapy (e.g., immunization or vaccination) may be improved by frequent administration to a human subject of allogeneic cancer cells secreting a modified heat shock protein (e.g., gp96), depletion of B cells in the subject, or both. Antigen (e.g., epitope derived from neoantigen or tumor antigen of allogeneic or syngeneic cancer cells) may induce a specific immune response in the subject. For example, the epitope bound in an immunogenic complex with the secreted heat shock protein may be obtained from allogeneic cancer cells coexpressing both secreted gp96 and antigen, or from syngeneic cancer cells of the subject expressing only antigen.
