摘要: A manufacturing method for a liquid crystal display panel includes slitting a first optical film having an elongate shape, to have a width corresponding to a pair of opposing sides of a liquid crystal cell, and by rolling the slit first optical film in its width direction to have a length corresponding to another pair of opposing sides of the liquid crystal cell; slitting a second optical film having an elongate shape, to have a width corresponding to a pair of opposing sides of the liquid crystal cell, and by rolling the slit second optical film in its width direction to have a length corresponding to another pair of opposing sides of the liquid crystal cell; bonding the cut first optical film onto one surface of the liquid crystal cell; and bonding the cut second optical film onto another surface of the liquid crystal cell.

摘要: A composite carrier structure for manufacturing semiconductor devices is provided. The composite carrier structure utilizes multiple carrier substrates, e.g., glass or silicon substrates, coupled together by interposed adhesive layers. The composite carrier structure may be attached to a wafer or a die for, e.g., backside processing, such as thinning processes. In an embodiment, the composite carrier structure comprises a first carrier substrate having through-substrate vias formed therethrough. The first substrate is attached to a second substrate using an adhesive such that the adhesive may extend into the through-substrate vias.

摘要: A method for making assembled ventilation cloth of non-sewing utilizes a non-woven fabric for a vamp made by weaving a plurality of woven yarn in different directions and leaving a plurality of vacancies among the woven yarn for forming ventilation holes on the non-woven fabric. Pieces of assembled cloth are arranged on the non-woven fabric and firmly attached to the non-woven fabric via a heating roller. A piece of net cloth with larger meshes makes a bottom surface thereof covered with glue so that the net cloth is attached to a surface of the assembled cloth. Accordingly, effects of rapid production and nice ventilation are achievable.

摘要: A dunnage platform is in the general shape of a rectangular slab with legs extending form one side. The dunnage platform is made from an expanded polystyrene core. A chemical combination process is used to chemically combine portion of the core proximal to its surface with high impact polystyrene. In a first of two parts of the combination process, the core is placed in a forming mold with one of its two sides and two thirds of its thickness extending therefrom. A heated sheet of high impact polystyrene is brought into contact with the portion of the core extending from the mold. In a similar manner, the other of the two sides of the core is made to extend from the forming mold for contact with a heated sheet of high impact polystyrene.
