    摘要: An engine device is provided with an urea mixing pipe which injects urea water into exhaust gas of an engine, and an exhaust gas purification case which removes nitrogen oxide in the exhaust gas of the engine, and is structured such that an exhaust gas inlet pipe of the exhaust gas purification case is connected to an outlet of the urea mixing pipe via a flange body. Exhaust gas outlet side end portions of an outer pipe and an inner pipe of the urea mixing pipe having a double-pipe structure are connected to exhaust gas inlet side end portions of an outer pipe and an inner pipe of the exhaust gas inlet pipe having a double-pipe structure. Fitting small-diameter portions are formed in an end portion of the inner pipe of the urea mixing pipe, and the fitting small-diameter portions are inward insert to an inner portion of the inner pipe of the exhaust gas inlet pipe.

    摘要: A system for cooling an exhaust system of a construction machine. The system has a compartment within which the exhaust system is contained. A first compartment wall forms an external boundary of the compartment and has a plurality of air inlets proximate the exhaust system. A fan assembly is also within the compartment and separated from the exhaust system by a barrier. A conduit crosses the barrier and has an inlet near the exhaust system and an outlet positioned between the barrier and the fan assembly. Air flows within the compartment along an air flow path that extends from the air inlets, around the exhaust system, through the conduit and into the fan assembly. The air flow path extends from the fan assembly through a plurality of air outlets formed in an external compartment wall.

The exhaust gas purifier is configured to purify exhaust gas of the engine and disposed on an upper side of the engine through a mounting base. The mounting base includes an intake-side bracket and an exhaust-side bracket, which support one end of the exhaust gas purifier. One end of the intake-side bracket and one end of the exhaust-side bracket are fastened to each other. The other end of the intake-side bracket and the other end of the exhaust-side bracket are coupled to the engine side.
