    摘要: A valve plug comprising a cylindrical body having an annular flange with a top surface, a bottom surface, and a circumference is disclosed. The valve plug further comprises an annular recess disposed in the bottom surface of the flange, and a plurality of holes disposed in the top surface of the flange. Each hole extends into the recess to create a plurality of channels extending between the bottom and top surfaces of the flange. Each channel of the plurality of channels includes a stepped portion. A polyurethane sealing member is disposed within each channel and includes: a top portion forming a continuous bond on the top surface and along the circumference of the flange; a central portion forming a horizontal bond on each stepped portion; and a bottom portion forming a sealing surface adapted to sealingly engage a seating surface of the seat.

    摘要: A pressure controlled valve having a housing with a first pressure chamber for communication to a pneumatically pressurized control source. The housing has an inlet for communication with a pneumatic supply source and outlet selectively in fluid flow with the inlet. A movable valve selectively opens and closes with respect to a valve seat for selectively opening a pathway from the inlet to the outlet and closing the pathway between the inlet and outlet. The pressure chamber may be sealingly and fluidly separated from the pathway between the inlet and the outlet. The pressure chamber provides a closing biasing force on the movable valve and a resilient spring mounted in the housing provides an opening biasing force on the movable valve.

Due to the foregoing, it is possible to stably adjust the flow rate of a fluid of a high temperature and pressure. A pressure chamber (29), which is communicated with the second chamber and provided with a pressure port (18), may be arranged in the housing. A first and second flexible separation means (41, 51), which are connected to each other, for separating the second chamber and the pressure chamber from each other may be provided and a bed (75) arranged between the first and the second flexible separation means may be also provided. A reinforcement member (90) may be embedded in the cylindrical portion (25).

A fluid inlet and a fluid outlet are connected to the chamber and the gasket fluidly separates a portion of the chamber from a fluid path between the fluid inlet and the fluid outlet. The valve seat is disposed in the fluid path and the valve stem extends through the gasket and directly engages the valve seat to selectively isolate an inlet side of the fluid path from an outlet side of the fluid path. Such a construction provides a fluid regulator with a reduced number of parts exposed to the regulated fluid flow.
