    摘要: The invention relates to a method for winding pre-oriented, non-crystalline polyester filaments onto a spool at a winding speed of at least 4,200 m/min, in which the wound filament is wound over the width of the spool by means of a flying traverse arm and is turned by a driven sensing roller with an applied pressure between 8 and 18 kg on the circumference of a spool placed on a driven spool-locating pin. The filaments for winding are introduced to the traverse thread guide at a thread tension of between 0.03 cN/dtex and 0.20 cN/dtex. The sensing roller is driven at an overspeed of preferably between 0.3 and 1.2%, in comparison with the spool circumferential speed. The thread laying angle is set between 3.5° and 7.5° by means of the spool travel. The above method permits a good spool formation even at high spooling speeds.

    摘要: A winding device includes: a winding core capable of taking up an elongated photosensitive material; a guide member for forming a guide passage for the photosensitive material between the guide member and an outer peripheral surface of the winding core in a state in which the guide member is wound around the winding core; a guide arm which is rotated to allow a distal end thereof to be brought into contact with the winding core and adapted to guide the photosensitive material and the guide member along the guide arm from a proximal end side toward a distal end side of the guide arm; and a guide-member accommodating portion which is rotatively driven to pay out the guide member so as to cause the guide member to be wound around the winding core. Accordingly, a leading end portion of the photosensitive material is wound around the winding core for taking up the photosensitive material with a simple mechanism, and the guide member for causing the leading end of the photosensitive material to be wound can be accommodated compactly, thereby improving the operating efficiency at a time when the photosensitive material wound in roll form is removed.

    摘要: A yarn winder in which a fluctuation of winding tension is avoided and the winding characteristics are made uniform from the most inner to the most outer layer. Yarn is wound by a winder in which a spindle 2 having a positively driven pressure roller 5 is positively driven, the pressure roller 5 being positioned so that it is not in contact with a tube 100 immediately after the yarn setting operation. After a predetermined amount of yarn layer has been wound on the tube 100, the pressure roller 5 is moved so that it contacts the yarn layer on the tube 100. The surface speed of the pressure roller 5 is controlled to be higher than that of an empty tube until the yarn is switched to the empty tube, wherein the controlled speed is approximately the same as or lower than the surface speed of a fully loaded tube, and the surface speed of the pressure roller is controlled to be approximately the same as the surface speed of the empty tube after the yarn has been switched to the empty tube.

    摘要: A winding unit having intelligence built into the winder and automation of the winder are described. The winders automatically perform functions such as open the roller bail of the winder, release a package on a winding spindle, secure a new package tube on the spindle, and set the machine to a pre-set speed through activation of a single switch. The winders are utilized either manually or with automation which will interface with the winder, cut and aspirate a strand, remove a full package from a spindle on the winding unit, install a new package tube on the spindle, and then re-thread the spindle. Since the intelligence is divided between the winding unit and the robot, the robot can be relatively simple in construction.
