摘要： A dome-shaped roof structure for a large construction such as an athletic stadium is capable of partly opening according to the environmental conditions such as weather conditions. The dome-shaped roof structure includes a stationary roof section having a central opening and fixedly secured along an outer periphery thereof to the side wall of the large construction, and a movable roof section including a plurality of roof units corresponding to a plurality of divisions of the central opening and each capable of being radially moved between an open position where the roof unit is supported on the stationary roof section and a closed position where the roof unit is supported on a beam in the central opening.

摘要： What is disclosed is a rigid, one-piece, shaped body, made of a biaxially stretched synthetic resin in the form of a sheet at least 1 mm thick, the edge of which does not lie in a single plane, and the surface of which is smaller than a flat initial surface enclosed by the edge and preferably approximates the mathematically minimum surface enclosed by the edge, is suitable according to the invention as a lightweight building element having high resistance to buckling. The new shaped bodies are made by shaping a flat sheet of biaxially stretched synthetic resin at least 1 mm thick, while in the thermoelastic state, so that the edge of the sheet is brought into a configuration which does not lie in one plane, and the surface enclosed by the edge is allowed to shrink back partially while in the thermoelastic state, whereby a shrinkage of the edge of the sheet is prevented by clamping the edge, and the resulting shaped body is cooled below the softening temperature before the edge clamping is loosened.

Structural reinforcements such as reinforcing steel can be attached within the hub to extend divergently outwardly through the frame form members.

摘要： An under-roof drainage device for draining moisture condensation on the undersurface of a roof or ceiling. The device comprises a plurality of elongated unit panels each having a longitudinal central portion dividing the unit panel into a pair of panel sections with opposite free edges, the panel sections each being sloped downwardly from the central portion toward the free edge. A male half member extends downwardly from the free edge of the panel section. There are also provided a plurality of gutter means each having the same length as the unit panel and including a female member formed centrally on and extending along the gutter means. The adjacent unit panels provide mated male half members detachably interfitting with the female member on the gutter means. The assembled device is mounted beneath a roof, or used as a ceiling with the gutter means inclined relative to the horizontal for the drainage.
