    摘要: A regulator comprises a body including an inflow line, an outflow line, and a buffer space, the buffer space being provided between the inflow line and the outflow line, and a switch for opening and closing a flow path of a fluid flowing from the inflow line to the buffer space. The switch comprises a seat member including an inlet for receiving the fluid from the inflow line, and an outlet for supplying the fluid received through the inlet to the buffer space, the seat member being disposed in the flow path and a movable cutoff member for opening and closing the inlet, the cutoff member being inserted into the seat member, wherein the outlet is configured for allowing the fluid to flow in one direction along an outer sidewall of the seat member.

A valve member and a valve seat are positioned in the flow passage. A spring is coupled to the valve member to urge the valve member along an axis towards the valve seat, wherein the flow passage is substantially closed when the valve member engages with the valve seat. The spring has an extended segment in contact with a fixed surface, whereby the extended segment restricts displacement of the spring in a direction substantially perpendicular to the axis.

    摘要: A valve assembly includes a body having a bore and a valve received within the bore for movement between an open position and a closed position. First and second sealing members are secured for movement with the valve and are positioned between the valve and the body such that an internal fluid pressure within the bore is applied to a first side of the sealing members and a common reference pressure is applied to a second side. An axial force imparted on the valve adjacent the second sealing member is less than an axial force imparted on the valve adjacent the first sealing member. A resiliently compressible member is positioned to bias the valve toward the normally open position. The valve is moved to the closed position when the internal fluid pressure exceeds a predetermined pressure and returns to the open position when the internal fluid pressure is substantially less than the predetermined pressure.

    摘要: An adjustable pressure regulator controls the flow of a gas from a high pressure source to a low pressure device at a predetermined outlet pressure. The regulator includes a body, a piston assembly carried by the body. The assembly has a piston, a flow conduit formed in the piston and a biasing element operably connected to the piston. The flow conduit has a regulated pressure outlet end. The piston and flow conduit are movable longitudinally in the body. A retainer element is engageable with the body and is movable toward and away from the body and the piston. A seat is carried by the retainer element and is movable therewith. The seat is engaged by the flow conduit to isolate a flow path through the regulator and disengaged from the flow conduit to provide a flow path through the flow conduit. The piston assembly biasing element biases the flow conduit away from the seat to open a flow path through the regulator. Gas pressure on the piston urges the flow conduit into contact with the seat to close the flow path through the regulator. The retainer element and seat are movable toward and away from the body to vary a distance of movement of the flow conduit toward and away from the seat to vary the predetermined outlet pressure.

    摘要: A gas pressure-reducing valve in which a valve member to be seated on a valve seat opened at its central portion with a valve hole leading to a pressure-reducing chamber between a body and a diaphragm is fixed on a valve stem coaxially extending through the valve hole, and in which the valve stem is fastened to a fastened member fixed on the central portion of the diaphragm. The fastened member is provided with a fitting bore opened at its one end on the side of the valve stem and a bottom threaded bore having a diameter smaller than that of the fitting bore and coaxially leading to the other end of the fitting bore. The valve stem is provided at its end portion on the side of the diaphragm with a fitting stem portion to be fitted in the fitting bore and an externally threaded portion capable of being screwed in the threaded bore and coaxially leading to the fitting stem portion. The externally threaded portion has a shorter axial length than that of the fitting bore. This arrangement makes it possible to confine the chips, as produced by screwing the valve stem into the fastened member, within the fastened member thereby to eliminate the chip removing work and to improve the assembling efficiency.

The pressure reducing valve, pressure relief valve, and reset valve are all positioned within the tubular body and coaxially aligned along the longitudinal axis (14) of the body. The reset valve is positioned within the confines of the pressure reducing valve, and the pressure relief valve utilizes the same compression spring (90) as the pressure reducing valve.

    摘要: In a throttle device for a pressure control apparatus, the return line inside a pressure control valve or in the line course outside it is provided with a cross-sectional constriction that throttles the flow. This cross-sectional constriction is variable automatically, as a function of the flow rate and hence of the prevailing pressure, in such a way that at a low flow rate a small flow cross section and at a high flow rate a large flow cross section results. It is thus possible to design the return line pressure as high as possible over a wide range of the flow rate and to keep the pressure difference between the inflow line and return line slight and thereby to minimize the noise production in the pressure control valve.

    摘要: Methods and devices for reducing instability in hydraulic systems are disclosed. A flow control device having an output fitting and a spring-biased piston reciprocally movable in a cylinder past a bypass hole is disclosed. The improvement consisting of metering passages formed in a flow control device to provide hydraulic resistance to dampen the piston. Alternatively, disclosed is a flow control piston having a valving sub-assembly which is resiliently biased. The valving sub-assembly is movable to substantially suppress the flow rate ripple by bypassing a dominant portion of the flow rate ripple. Finally, methods for dampening the resonance, creating resistance, as well as bypassing the flow rate ripple are disclosed.
