摘要: Various arrangements for creating a slice on a cellular network are detailed herein. A cellular service request that indicates various metrics for a slice may be received from a client. A test function may be created on the cellular network based on the cellular service request. Via a radio access network (RAN) of the cellular network, access to a reduced-scale slice that provides access to the test function for a small set of user equipment (UE) of the client can be provided along with access to key performance indicators (KPIs) for the reduced-scale slice. The reduced-scale slice may later be converted to a production slice that provides access to the network function for a larger set of UE of the client.

摘要: There is provided a method in a device of a cellular network, the method comprising: receiving a user plane data from a source network node of the cellular network; detecting that at least one quality condition with respect to the user plane data transfer is met; and in response to the detecting that the at least one quality condition is met, causing a transmission of an indication for a data forwarding or duplication to a target network node of the cellular network or to the source network node, the data forwarding or duplication causing the source network node to forward or duplicate a user plane data of the device to the target network node.

摘要: A system with distributed proxy for reducing traffic in a wireless network satisfies data requests made by a mobile application. The system includes a mobile device having a local proxy for intercepting a data request made by the mobile application. The local proxy simulates application server responses for the mobile application on the mobile device for data requests where responses are available in the local cache. A proxy server is coupled to the mobile device and an application server to which the data request is made. The proxy server is able to communicate with the local proxy. The local proxy forwards the data request to the proxy server for transmission to the application server for a response to the data request. The proxy server queries the application server for any changes to the data request that the mobile application has previously made and notifies the local proxy of such changes.

摘要: Multiple mobile cellular network (MCN) communication systems can be networked together to form a network of MCN communication systems (NOM). Each MCN communication system within the NOM can operate as an independent cellular network to provide communications between user equipment within a covered area. When a UE in one MCN of the NOM moves into a different MCN of the NOM, the corresponding MCN communication systems can handover the UE. The UE can also be handed over between MCN communication systems when the MCN communication systems move.

摘要: A quantum resistant method is provided for supporting user equipment (UE) roaming across APs/eNBs/gNBs belonging to various Wireless LAN Controllers (WLCs) in enterprise 5G and WiFi co-located deployments. The method may include initializing a SKS server in an electrical communication with a master WLC with a random post-quantum common secret seed (PQSEED) to generate a post-quantum pre-shared key (PQPSK) and a respective PQPSK-ID. The method may also include sending an encrypted PQSEED along with a PQPSK-ID to a second WLC. The method may further include joining AP (WiFi) to the master WLC using a CAPWAP/DTLS protocol. The method may further include sending the PQPSK-ID from the master WLC to the UE in an EAP success packet when the UE is associated with the AP (WiFi).
