摘要: Systems and methods for generating a film suitable for medical packaging are provided. The film is generated by blown film co-extrusion to form a multi-layer film which has a heat resistant layer, a barrier layer and a heat seal layer. The barrier layer includes a high barrier resin and a branched co-polymer. The high barrier resin has a density of at least 0.963 g/cm3. The barrier layer includes between 25% and 85% high barrier resin. In some embodiments, an additional laminate layer may be affixed to the heat resistant layer of the multi-layer film. The final film is between 3.0 and 3.8 mils in thickness, and has a moisture vapor transmission rate of less than 0.08.

摘要: One embodiment of the present invention relates to a hard coat film including a first layer in which a polymer of a polymerizable composition containing at least one polyfunctional polymerizable compound having two or more polymerizable groups in one molecule is detected as a main component and an organic solvent-soluble resin is not detected by composition analysis using a RAMAN spectroscopy; and a second layer adjacent to the first layer, in which an organic solvent-soluble resin and a polymer of a polymerizable composition containing at least one polyfunctional polymerizable compound having two or more polymerizable groups in one molecule are detected by the composition analysis, and a thickness is greater than 15 μm. Further, the present invention relates to a polarizing plate, an image display device, and a method for producing the hard coat film.

摘要: The present invention provides a sheet-forming body containing a thiourethane bond-having compound and a thiol group-having compound, wherein, in an IR absorption spectrum thereof, the ratio of the peak intensity A of the absorption peak based on the carbonyl group in the thiourethane bond to the peak intensity B of the absorption peak based on the thiol group (A/B) is 20 or more and 250 or less. Using the sheet-forming body, rubber members, especially vulcanized rubber members can be strongly bonded, and the sheet-forming body and an adhesive sheet, which are excellent in handleability and workability, and a laminate produced by bonding rubber layers using the sheet-forming body are provided.

摘要: A multilayer interlayer structure having a first and second polyvinyl acetal (poly(vinyl acetal)) layer and a cellulose ester layer having a thickness of at least 10 mils disposed between the first and second poly(vinyl acetal) layers. The cellulose ester layer can have a higher storage modulus and/or higher Tg than at least one of the poly(vinyl acetal) layers. The interlayer structure is useful to make glass panels having high stiffness and which possess good optical clarity for a variety of applications, including outdoor structural applications.
