    摘要: An optical filter (1a) includes a UV-IR-absorbing layer and has the following characteristics (i) to (v) when light with wavelengths of 300 nm to 1200 nm is incident at an incident angle of 0°: (i) an average transmittance of 78% or more in the wavelength range of 450 nm to 600 nm; (ii) a spectral transmittance of 1% or less in the wavelength range of 750 nm to 1080 nm; (iii) a spectral transmittance of 1% or less in the wavelength range of 300 nm to 350 nm; (iv) a decreasing spectral transmittance with increasing wavelength in the wavelength range of 600 nm to 750 nm and a first IR cut-off wavelength in the wavelength range of 620 nm to 680 nm; and (v) an increasing spectral transmittance with increasing wavelength in the wavelength range of 350 nm to 450 nm and a first UV cut-off wavelength in the wavelength range of 380 nm to 430 nm.

    摘要: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to methods for fabricating optical devices. One embodiment of the method includes disposing a structure material layer on a surface of a substrate and disposing a patterned photoresist over the structure material layer. The patterned photoresist has at least one device portion and at least one auxiliary portion. Each device portion and each auxiliary portion exposes unmasked portions of the structure material layer. The unmasked portions of structure material layer corresponding to each device portion and each auxiliary portion are etched. The etching the unmasked portions forms at least one optical device having device structures corresponding to the unmasked portions of at least one device portion and at least one auxiliary region having auxiliary structures corresponding to the unmasked portions of at least one auxiliary portion.

    摘要: Provided is a black light-shielding member, which has an excellent effect of anti-reflection that based on low glossiness and has a high blackness. A black light-shielding member including a substrate film, a resin-made light-shielding layer having a concave-convex shape formed on at least one surface of the substrate film, and a blackened layer formed on the resin-made light-shielding layer is produced. By adjusting an arithmetic mean surface roughness Ra of the surface on which the light-shielding layer and the blackened layer are formed to be 0.25 μm or more, and the maximum thickness of the blackened layer is less than the said Ra, a blackness with an L value of 12 or less is achieved.
