A method for manufacturing graphene is provided, comprising (1) introducing a supporting substrate in a reactor; (2) preparing (nano) crystalline alumina catalyst having catalytic activity on the supporting substrate to prepare an insulating substrate; (3) growing nano graphenes on the insulating substrate to manufacture graphene film comprising graphene layer of the nano graphenes, which are grown without use of metal catalyst substantially. The graphene layer composed of the nano graphene has spatially homogeneous structural and electrical properties even in synthesis as large area and can be applied to flexible electronic devices.In addition, as it has easy detachment of the substrate and the graphene film and can detach the graphene film without damage of the substrate, leaving no residual graphene on the substrate, it is possible to grow the nano graphene by reusing the substrate.

Disclosed are a depth image noise removal apparatus based on a camera pose, which includes: a depth image obtaining unit for obtaining a plurality of depth images; a camera pose converting unit for converting camera poses of the plurality of depth images into a camera pose of a reference depth image; and a depth image filtering unit for filtering the reference depth image by using a weighted average of each pixel of the reference depth image, and a method using this apparatus.

There are provided a fabricating method of a carbon nanotube-based field effect transistor having an improved binding force with a substrate and a carbon nanotube-based field effect transistor fabricated by the fabricating method. The method includes forming an oxide film on a substrate, forming a photoresist pattern on the oxide film, forming a metal film on the entire surface of the oxide film having the photoresist pattern, removing the photoresist by lifting off, adsorbing carbon nanotubes on the substrate from which the photoresist is removed, performing an annealing process to the substrate to which the carbon nanotubes are adsorbed, and removing the metal film. Since an adhesive strength between a substrate and carbon nanotubes increases, stability and reliability of a field effect transistor can be improved. If the field effect transistor is applied to a liquid sensor or the like, a lifespan of the sensor can be extended and reliability of a measurement result obtained by the sensor can be improved.

The present invention relates to a method for preparing a cobalt-based catalyst for Fischer-Tropsch synthesis, more particularly to a method for preparing a cobalt-based catalyst represented by Ir—Co/η-Al2O3 wherein cobalt and iridium are supported at high density by repeating impregnation and drying tens of times on a spherical η-alumina support having many acidic sites.The catalyst prepared according to the present invention can provide improved conversion rate of carbon monoxide and selectivity for liquid hydrocarbons when used for Fischer-Tropsch synthesis.

The present invention relates to a method for preparing a nickel-based catalyst for steam carbon dioxide reforming (SCR) of natural gas using steam and carbon dioxide, more particularly to a method for preparing a nickel-based catalyst represented by Ni/η-Al2O3, which is prepared by supporting nickel on a spherical η-alumina support having many acid sites at high density by repeating impregnation and drying tens of times.The catalyst prepared according to the present invention exhibits superior catalytic activity when used in steam carbon dioxide reforming reaction (SCR) even under harsh conditions of high temperature and high pressure and hardly exhibits carbon deposition due to superior durability.

Disclosed are a dehumidification apparatus, and an air conditioning apparatus and system having the same. The dehumidification apparatus includes: a desiccant rotor having a desiccant for adsorbing moisture; and a regeneration unit disposed at one side of the desiccant rotor, for desorbing the moisture adsorbed to the desiccant. The regeneration unit includes at least one of a hollow hot water line containing hot water exchanging heat with the air flowing toward the desiccant rotor. The dehumidification apparatus efficiently reproduces the desiccant for dehumidification and air conditioning.
