摘要: A polyester composition, includes an aliphatic polyester and an aliphatic-aromatic copolyester. The aliphatic-aromatic copolyester is a copolymer having a repeating unit A and a repeating unit B. The preparation method for the polyester composition includes the steps of mixing all the components having the aliphatic polyester and the aliphatic-aromatic copolyester, and subjecting the resulting mixture to extrusion granulation.

摘要: Disclosed is a catalyst component for olefin polymerization. The catalyst component comprises magnesium, titanium, halogen and an internal electron donor. The internal electron donor includes an imine compound with a ketone group as shown in Formula I. Disclosed further is a method of preparing the catalyst component, and a catalyst for olefin polymerization containing the catalyst component. When the catalyst is used in olefin polymerization reaction especially propene polymerization reaction, the catalyst has a high long-term activity and good hydrogen response, and the obtained polymer has characteristics of an adjustable isotactic index and a relatively wide molecular weight distribution.

摘要: The present invention provides a preparation method of a catalyst component for olefin polymerization, comprising firstly dissolving an anhydrous magnesium halide into a mixed solvent which comprises an oxygen-containing organic titanium compound, an organic epoxy compound, a hydroxy-containing compound, and an inert solvent, and does not comprise a phosphate compound, so as to form a magnesium halide solution; then mixing the magnesium halide solution with a halogen-containing compound to precipitate a solid, so as to obtain the catalyst component, wherein the halogen-containing compound comprises at least one selected from a group consisting of halogen and titanium-containing compounds, halogenated organic hydrocarbon compounds, acyl halide compounds, halogen and phosphorus-containing compounds, halogen and boron-containing compounds, halogenated organic aluminum compounds, and halogen and silicon-containing compounds. The catalyst component prepared by the present invention has better particle morphology, and a good hydrogen response, and thus is favorable to use of the catalyst in a slurry or gas polymerization process device.

摘要: Spherical carriers for an olefin polymerization catalyst, catalyst components, catalysts, and preparation methods therefor are disclosed. The method for preparing the spherical carriers comprises the following steps: (1) reacting, in the presence of at least one polymeric dispersion stabilizer, a magnesium halide with an organic compound containing active hydrogen to form a complex solution; (2) reacting said complex solution with an alkylene oxide-type compound to directly precipitate solid particles; and (3) recovering the solid particles to obtain spherical carriers. When a catalyst prepared by using the present spherical carrier is used in propylene polymerization, said catalyst exhibits high polymerization activity and high stereo-directing ability.

摘要: The present invention relates to the field of lubricant, and specifically provides a lubricant composition and its preparation method and use. The lubricant composition comprises a base oil and rubber particles having radiation crosslinked structure dispersed therein, wherein the base oil is continuous phase and the rubber particles are dispersed phase. The viscosity of the lubricant composition of the present invention can be effectively adjusted as temperature changes. As compared with the lubricant composition comprising chemically crosslinked rubber particles, it has a lower viscosity at low temperatures and a higher viscosity at high temperatures, and has a relatively high viscosity index, which can meet the application requirements at the temperature above 200° C. In addition, the lubricant composition of the present invention also has excellent antiwear and friction-reducing properties.

摘要: The present invention provides a catalyst component for olefin polymerization and a preparation method thereof, and a catalyst for olefin polymerization and an application thereof. The catalyst component for olefin polymerization comprises reaction products of the following components: (1) a solid component; (2) at least one titanium compound; and (3) at least two internal electron donors, wherein the solid component comprises a magnesium compound represented by formula (1) and an epoxide represented by formula (2), wherein R1 is a C1-C12 linear or branched alkyl; R2 and R3 are identical or different, and are independently hydrogen or unsubstituted or halogen-substituted C1-C5 linear or branched alkyl; X is halogen; m is in a range of from 0.1 to 1.9, n is in a range of from 0.1 to 1.9, and m+n=2.

摘要: A magnesium halide adduct represented by the formula (I): MgX2.mROH.nE.pH2O, in which X is chlorine, bromine, a C1-C12 alkoxy, a C3-C10 cycloalkoxy or a C6-C10 aryloxy, with the proviso that at least one X is chlorine or bromine; R is a C1-C12 alkyl, a C3-C10 cycloalkyl or a C6-C10 aryl; E is an o-alkoxybenzoate compound represented by the formula (II): in which R1 and R2 groups are independently a C1-C12 linear or branched alkyl, a C3-C10 cycloalkyl, a C6-C10 aryl, a C7-C10 alkaryl or an C7-C10 aralkyl, the R1 and R2 groups are identical to or different from the R group; m is in a range of from 1.0 to 5.0; n is in a range of from 0.001to 0.5; and p is in a range of from 0 to 0.8, is disclosed. A catalyst component useful in olefin polymerization, which comprises a reaction product of (1) the magnesium halide adduct, (2) a titanium compound, and optionally (3) an electron donor compound, is also disclosed.
