摘要： A statistical value update unit calculates the fluctuation of measurement data. A filtering processing unit extracts a normal white noise component from the fluctuation of the measurement data using an adaptive lattice filter. A statistical test unit determines whether or not the variance of the normal white noise component is out of a predetermined scope in reference distribution. A change decision unit detects a stationary change of the status of a target system based on a detection ratio of an outlier.

摘要： Disclosed is a method of accepting a QoS request for utilizing resources of a network in a predetermined quality. The method receives from a terminal connected to the network a resource unnecessity notification indicating that resource allocated to the terminal has become unnecessary, and holds, as a free resource information, information on a free resource which is a resource notified by the resource unnecessity notification as unnecessary resource. Then, the method receives the QoS request from the terminal, and determines whether the free resource meets the received QoS request or not on the basis of the free resource information. The method allocates the free resource to the terminal when the free resource meets the received QoS request, and transmits information on the allocated free resource to the terminal.

摘要： A simulator of a lithography tool includes a correcting parameter memory storing a correcting scaling value to correct a focus error of a projection optical system in the lithography tool and a correcting bias to correct a critical dimension error generated in the lithography tool. A model simulation engine simulates an image formation under a corrected focus calculated by multiplying a defocus of the projection optical system by the correcting scaling value to model a calculated critical dimension of an image. A bias corrector adds the correcting bias to the calculated critical dimension to correct the image.

摘要： To achieve end-to-end quality guarantee in regard to communication with a mobile terminal (node) in a carrier network in which Mobile IP is presupposed, in an IP network, quality guarantee is realized by performing network resource reservation in a resource reservation server receiving a resource reservation request from a node. The resource reservation server receives the resource reservation request, and decides whether the node initiating the resource reservation request is a mobile node. When the above resource reservation request is initiated from the mobile node, resource reservation is performed for the route between the mobile node and the correspondent node via a mobility management server having a home address of the mobile node.

摘要： According to one embodiment, a wireless power transmission system, includes a power transmission antenna and a power reception antenna. The power transmission antenna has a first resonance frequency and a first frequency bandwidth, and wirelessly transmits high-frequency energy having a first transmission frequency. The power reception antenna has a second resonance frequency and a second frequency bandwidth, and wirelessly receives the high-frequency energy. The second resonance frequency is higher than a highest frequency within the first frequency bandwidth. The first transmission frequency falls within the first frequency bandwidth.
