    摘要: Microelectronic substrate inspection equipment includes a gas container which contains helium gas, a helium ion generator which is disposed in the gas container and converts the helium gas into helium ions and a wafer stage which is disposed under the gas container and on which a substrate to be inspected is placed. The equipment further includes a secondary electron detector which is disposed above the wafer stage and detects electrons generated from the substrate, a compressor which receives first gaseous nitrogen from a continuous nitrogen supply device and compresses the received first gaseous nitrogen into liquid nitrogen, a liquid nitrogen dewar which is connected to the compressor and stores the liquid nitrogen, and a cooling device that is coupled to the helium ion generator. The cooling device is disposed on the gas container, and cools the helium ion generator by vaporizing the liquid nitrogen. Related methods are also disclosed.

    摘要: Disclosed is a method for preparing hollow carbon fibers having an empty space in the cross section thereof. More specifically, the disclosed method includes preparing a spinning solution of an acrylonitrile-based polymer having a viscosity ranging from 2000 to 5000 poise at room temperature; spinning the prepared spinning solution using a spinneret designed for spinning hollow fibers; super-drawing and drawing spun fibers to prepare hollow precursor fibers; and stabilizing and carbonizing the hollow precursor fibers to prepare the hollow carbon fibers. The hollow carbon fibers obtained by the disclosed method have a lower specific gravity by 10 to 50% than conventional hollow carbon fibers (solid), but have similar mechanical properties to the conventional fibers. Furthermore, in the method, the diameter of carbon fibers can be adjusted. Thus, it is possible to widen the application of hollow carbon fibers.

The ground plate is coupled to a ground terminal among the connection terminals and is separated from an outer circumference face of a signal terminal. The connector body, the elastic body, the connection terminals and the ground plate are combined with one another to substantially reduce an interference between signal terminals through the matching circuit formed based on capacitance of a gap between a ground face of the ground plate and the signal terminal, and to improve electrical characteristics.
