Abstract: A method of forming a reverse osmosis membrane 1 of the present invention includes a coating membrane forming step of forming a coating membrane which is soluble in a predetermined solvent on a surface of a porous support substrate 2 that is insoluble in the solvent, a carbon membrane forming step of forming a carbon membrane 3 on the coating membrane by a physical vapor deposition which deposits carbon as a target material under an atmosphere where rare gas and nitrogen gas are contained, and a removing-by-dissolving step of removing the coating membrane by dissolving the same in the solvent after formation of the carbon membrane 3.

Abstract: A pair of solder bonding portions to be solder-bonded onto the printed wiring board and a contact portion to contact the different conductive member or the like are coupled by a pair of flat spring portions. The respective flat spring portions protrude from side surfaces of mutually opposed corners of the contact portion. Sections following protruded sections of the respective flat spring portions are bent so as to wind in the same direction around a pillar-shaped space obtained by projecting the contact portion downward, and the flat spring portions reach the corresponding solder bonding portions. When the contact portion is pressed by the conductive member, the contact portion and the solder bonding portions remain parallel to each other, whereby the contact member can be successfully flattened toward the printed wiring board. At this point, outward deformation of the flat spring portions is inhibited.

Abstract: One end of a bus bar for leading an output voltage output from a switching power supply to the outside is a connection terminal connected to an output end associated with the switching power supply, while the other end is an output terminal VO. A ferrite core has a through-hole through which the bus bar is disposed. Electromagnetic coupling from the switching power supply is suppressed between the output terminal VO of the bus bar and at least a part of the ferrite core on the output terminal VO side along the bus bar. In this way, electromagnetic coupling of a part of a choke coil including the ferrite core with the bus bar penetrating therethrough on the output terminal VO side and the switching power supply is suppressed, whereby propagation of noise to the output terminal VO is suppressed.

Abstract: A conductive member of this disclosure includes a bent metal thin plate. The metal thin plate includes a base portion having a first surface serving as a joint surface for soldering, a first spring portion connected to part of the base portion, and a second spring portion provided above a second surface of the base portion opposite to the first surface. The first spring portion inclines in a direction away from a tangent plane of the first surface such that an angle between the first spring portion and the first surface is an obtuse angle, and generates repulsion force against force toward the tangent plane. Abstract: A bus bar device with a noise filter includes a magnetic body, a bus bar and first to third capacitors. The bus bar has input and output ends and extends through the magnetic body. The capacitors are disposed on an electrical path between the bus bar and a ground conductor surface.
