摘要: An ultrasound treatment system comprises an ultrasonic transducer, a handpiece, a probe, a sheath, a clamping member, an operation unit, an operating member, a suction base, and a perfusion base. The ultrasonic transducer generates ultrasonic vibrations. The handpiece has the ultrasonic transducer incorporated therein. The probe is connected to the ultrasonic transducer for transmitting ultrasonic vibrations to a distal member realizing a stationary portion that is a treatment portion for treating a living tissue. The sheath serves as a protecting member for shielding the probe. The clamping member is opposed to the distal member at the distal end of the sheath for clamping a living tissue in cooperation with the distal member. The operation unit is manipulated for clamping a living tissue with the clamping member and distal member or freeing the living tissue therefrom.

摘要: An ultrasonic treatment apparatus comprises an endoscope having an insertion portion to be inserted in a body cavity, and a treatment unit having an ultrasonic vibrator which generates ultrasonic vibrations, and a treatment portion which performs treatment by utilizing the ultrasonic vibrations generated by the ultrasonic vibrator. The ultrasonic treatment apparatus further comprises a treatment unit holding portion, which is provided in a distal end portion of the insertion portion and to which the treatment unit is attached, a cable which transmits an electric signal to the ultrasonic vibrator, and at least one bundle member which bundles the insertion portion and the cable.

摘要: The method of making the magnetic resistance element comprises the steps of: forming a first magnetizable layer, a non-magnetizable layer and a second magnetizable layer, in this order, on an insulating layer; providing a resist layer for forming a main part of the magnetic resistance element on the second magnetizable layer; etching side faces of the first magnetizable layer, the non-magnetizable layer and the second magnetizable layer to form into slope faces by ion milling from the second magnetizable layer side; forming terminals on the slope faces; and removing the resist layer, wherein a part of the first magnetizable layer which is located outside of the slope faces is left on the insulating layer when the side faces of the first magnetizable layer, the non-magnetizable layer and the second magnetizable layer are etched by ion milling.

摘要: An endoscope apparatus includes: an endoscope having an insertion section; and a sheath attached thereto so as to cover at least the insertion section of the endoscope, wherein the endoscope apparatus is equipped with: a forward end gap portion formed between the inner surface of an edge portion formed in the forward end portion of the sheath and the outer surface of the forward end portion of the insertion section of the endoscope; and a fluid passage which communicates with the forward end gap portion and which is formed between the inner surface of the sheath and the outer surface of the insertion section of the endoscope, and wherein a liquid feeding passage or a suction passage for passing a cleaning fluid or a sucked object is provided in the fluid passage, and a nozzle section for spraying the cleaning fluid onto an observation window portion in the forward end portion of the insertion section of the endoscope is provided in the forward end gap portion.

摘要: An ultrasound type treatment apparatus includes an inner sheath covering an ultrasonic transmission member having a first suction passage and defining a space relative to the ultrasound transmission member and an outer sheath covering the inner sheath and defining a space relative to the inner sheath. In the treatment apparatus, a liquid medium supply passage is provided at one of the space between the ultrasound transmission member and the inner sheath and space between the inner sheet and the outer sheet to supply a liquid medium to the distal end of the ultrasound transmission member. A second suction passage is formed at the other of the space between the ultrasound transmission means and the inner sheath and space between the inner sheath and the outer sheath. The first suction passage is connected by a suction tube to the second suction passage.

摘要: An ultrasound type treatment apparatus includes an ultrasonic oscillation device for outputting an ultrasonic oscillation wave, a drive circuit for driving the ultrasonic oscillation device, a probe connected to the ultrasonic oscillation device to transmit that ultrasonic oscillation wave to an affected region of interest of a human being, a sheath formed around the probe, through which cooling medium is passed and a supply tank for supplying cooling medium to the sheath. In this treatment apparatus, an arithmetic operation circuit monitors a drive state of the ultrasonic oscillation device, a comparator is provided for receiving monitor information from the arithmetic operation circuit and for determining whether or not the supply of cooling medium to the sheath is normal and a controller is provided for stopping a drive of the ultrasonic oscillation device when the supply of the cooling medium is determined by the comparator as being not normal.
