Abstract: The disclosure relates to a cap assembly and a secondary battery. The cap assembly comprises: a cap plate having an electrode lead-out hole; an electrode terminal including a terminal plate which is located at a side of the cap plate and covers the electrode lead-out hole, and an outer peripheral surface of the terminal panel protrudes from an inner wall of the electrode lead-out hole; a first fixing member at least partly surrounding the terminal plate to fix the electrode terminal to the first fixing member; and a second fixing member connected with the cap plate and including a main portion, the second fixing member being separated from the electrode terminal by the first fixing member. One of the first fixing member and the main portion is provided with an engaging hole and the other is provided with an inserting portion to be inserted into the engaging hole.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a top cover assembly of a secondary battery. The top cover assembly includes: a top cover plate and a gas exhaust valve mounted in the top cover plate. The gas exhaust valve includes a valve body, a valve sleeve and a valve cover. The valve body includes a valve part, and the valve part is provided with a gas exhaust hole that communicates with an interior of the secondary battery. The valve cover seals and is connected to the valve body to form an accommodation space. The valve sleeve is located in the accommodation space, and the valve sleeve covers the valve part. A gas exhaust passage is disposed between the valve sleeve and the valve part, the valve cover is provided with a venting hole that communicates with outside, and the gas exhaust passage communicates with the gas exhaust hole and the venting hole.

Abstract: A battery cell, a battery, and an electric apparatus are provided. The battery cell includes a housing, an electrode lead-out member, an electrode assembly, and an adapter member. The housing is provided with an accommodating cavity. The electrode lead-out member is disposed at the housing. The electrode assembly is accommodated in the accommodating cavity, where the electrode assembly includes a main body portion and a tab led out of the main body portion. The adapter member is configured to connect the tab and the electrode lead-out member, and a light absorbing layer is applied to a welding position of the adapter member. The light absorbing layer is applied to the surface of the adapter member to reduce reflection, increasing the energy absorption rate of the adapter member, and lowering the welding power, and reducing the possibility of other components of the battery cell being burned, thus improving the safety of the battery cell.

The battery cell includes: a housing, having an opening; an electrode assembly, accommodated in the housing; an end cap covering the opening and provided with a pressure relief mechanism; and an insulating member, disposed between the end cover and the electrode assembly to insulate and isolate the end cover from the electrode assembly. The insulating member includes a body and a boss, a first through hole being formed in the area of the body corresponding to the pressure relief mechanism, the boss being connected to the body and extending towards the electrode assembly, a second through hole being formed in a side surface of the boss. The first through hole and the second through hole are used for forming an exhaust channel from the interior of the battery cell to the pressure relief mechanism.

The end cover assembly for the secondary battery includes: an end cover, provided with a through hole for injecting electrolyte, and including a connecting portion; a sealing assembly, configured to seal the through hole; a locking-fixing member, configured to be movable relative to the connecting portion in a radial direction of the through hole, so as to realize switching between a locked state and an unlocked state of the locking-fixing member and the connecting portion. In the locked state, the locking-fixing member presses against the sealing assembly to restrict the end cover to be separated from the sealing assembly; in the unlocked state, the end cover and the sealing assembly are separable to allow electrolyte to be injected from the through hole.
